Hot and cold running mice (there's more mice in my apartment than people), biting bugs, management-controlled heating/air conditioning, elevators so old it can take weeks to get parts for repairs, poorly designed for current use (senior housing), uncaring property managers. Only plus is the landscaping.

There is no designated parking for elderly in Coes Pond so that they wouldn't have to walk too far. It was actually more like a hotel for me. However, the place was lovely and clean.
