The Residence At Orchard Grove seemed lovely. It was pretty. It seemed to be a nice place. They had some good ideas for how they were putting the activities in front of the residents. They were in several different places and were on a website for family members to access, as well as putting them out in front on their way down to their meals. It's like 'Here's what's going on today, and here's what's going on this week' kind of thing. It looked friendly. It looked clean and inviting. I interacted with a staff member, and she seemed lovely. We did not take The Residence At Orchard Grove only because of the pricing. It was a higher price.

The Residence At Orchard Grove was beautiful. The staff was fantastic. The people looked extremely happy and they had a lot of different programs that they offered. They have activities where they could take them to go bowling or they could go on a bus ride to different places. They have people come into the facility, whether to paint or play music. They have a movie night every night for them if they choose to do so. I tried their banana bread, which was something that they sent me, and it was very good.

I toured The Residence At Orchard Grove. It seemed kind of busy, with a lot of activities going on. The people were very gracious. They didn't have full kitchens; I think they had kitchenettes. I saw a one-bedroom apartment. The staff were very informative, and gracious, and answered all the questions. They did a good job. I believe there's a beauty salon. They had several large rooms on the first floor.

The Residence At Orchard Grove is a new facility. It's only a few years old, so it was, you know, a lot more up-to-date and nice. They had a nice outdoor area. The common areas were just more airy, newer, and just a more upbeat, more up-to-date feel. We saw the main lobby area, and then we went into memory care. The place is very nice. The person who took us around, I think was the director of sales. She was very nice, very good, and empathetic. They gave us a baked product as sort of a gift. It was like blueberry bread or something that their kitchen had made. It was pretty good, just like a coffee cake; I would rate that a four, it was decent. They have an outdoor yard that's got a wall for memory care so that the people are secure, which is a good thing to have.

I toured The Residence At Orchard Grove. The woman who helped us was very hospitable. She informed us all about the residents and what services they had. The room we saw was very nice, very modern, and up-to-date. It has nice closets, and you can have a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff who took us around was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They gave me a complimentary bread for my mother to take home. It was very good, my mother liked it. They had beautiful, covered porches and a beautiful barbecue-patio area.

I've been to The Residence at Orchard Grove. It's a one-room residence with a bedroom, a bathroom, no bathtub, no storage facility. You just had the room you live in and a closet basically. Those are my main issues. I needed a garage for my vehicle and I wanted some kind of storage area to put my belongings. The staff was very friendly and social, which you got to expect. They're putting their best foot forward to sell the property. It's a fairly new residence area built within the past couple of years, and it's still in good condition. They have in-room cooking if you want it on a hot plate basically. It wasn't a kitchen, but they had meals available for your convenience. There's no set time. You could dine throughout the day. The main thing was I want a bathtub. I like to take Epson bath soaks and you can't do it in a shower, but everybody's afraid of somebody falling down. They had a complimentary meal and it was good. The dining area was open space; it's like cafeteria style. You pick up your stuff and you go to a table and join other people to talk with or sit alone. Parking was all outside in the elements.

We have chosen The Residence At Orchard Grove for my parents due to its size and the menu offerings. I have not tried the food, but I looked at it. The presentation was very nice. They have different levels of care. Most things were included in the base price. They have a fitness area, a salon, a theater, and an activity room. The place is very clean. It is right on the borderline of Northborough, so there is a big shopping center down the street on Route 20. There are shopping centers and whatnot. The university is right up the street.

The Residence At Orchard Grove was brand new. It's very costly, but it's definitely worth the money if you have it. The people were extremely nice (the CNAs, and the activities director). They got excellent food, nice rooms, and nice grounds where they had barbecues in the summer. The memory care unit, where my mother was, was smaller. She's in a two-person room, but it was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. They have a lot of arts and crafts, they play bingo, and they go outside sometimes for lunch or go visit the museum and stuff.

We went to The Residence at Orchard Grove. My friend liked everything. She liked the facilities, she liked the people, and she liked the rooms. We went to a studio that was available at the time, and she liked it. The staff who toured us was very cordial and very happy with everybody. Melissa was very informative. The staff were great. We did not have the time to try their food, but we were invited to come back and have lunch with Melissa. They sent my friend home with a slice of lemon bread, so she had a little something for her coffee. We were able to see exercises, and in another area, they were doing puzzles. They showed her the art room. It was wonderful. It's only four years old and I could see everything is new. It looks like they always keep upgrading. It looks very nice.

The Residence at Orchard Grove is a beautiful facility. The food is available 24/7 if you want to eat and it's been very easy and a very wonderful experience for my father. There's a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave in his apartment. The staff has been marvelous so far. They've been very helpful and the residents have been nice, too. There's stuff going on in the morning and afternoons. They take day trips, they're doing a lobster bake this summer, they have different cookouts, and a happy hour every day. They had a singer yesterday doing 40's music. So, everything is covered and taken care of.
