My mother is at The Arbors at Westfield. It's very good. The facility is clean and they offered many activities. They have bingo, they have therapy dogs, outings to different venues, games, and they have manicures and pedicures. That's all included. The staff is very caring and very attentive. If a resident needs something, they will take care of it right away. The rooms are very nice, very clean, and well laid out. She likes the food, so it's very good.

The Arbors Assisted Living at Westfield was beautiful, and we have friends who are there. We saw the bedrooms and apartments. Everybody seemed very friendly. The apartment that we looked at seemed to fit the bill for a single person, and everything just looked clean, tidy, and just seemed like a very nice, homey place. The person who gave the tour was one of the owners, and she was very pleasant, and very informative, and answered whatever question we had. The room had a little kitchenette, not a tiny tiny bedroom, but certainly one that would accommodate a twin bed, a dresser, and maybe a TV. The living room was nice, there were a lot of nice areas outside the little apartment for people to use, which was nice. We were very pleased.

We visited The Arbors at Westfield. We're very pleased with the interactions we've had so far. They have someone right at the front door, so you're never confused where you need to go and what you need to do. They've got very caring staff, and everybody was really wonderful. I liked the environment. It was clean, neat, and up-to-date. There was no old stuff hanging around. The staff was very attentive, showed us the nooks and crannies, and took a lot of time with us. She gave us a whole calendar, everything from cards, to bingo, to shopping.

We chose The Arbors at Westfield for my mom because it's very close to where she lived before. The staff is very pleasant. They have all kinds of activities, nice sitting areas, and a nice dining area. Everything, including the hallways, is clean. When we moved Mom in, there were two or three little problems, but the maintenance people were there right away to fix everything. I would highly recommend it.

We found The Arbors. It is close to home, so the travel is easy. We like that they had a lot of activities. They do cards, church services, and memory care activities although my mother is not involved in those. They also have a bus, and they bring their tenants to different activities outside the facility. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. The place is very nice and very clean, and they maintain it well. They have 3 entrées every sitting, and they have 2 sittings every day. The dining room is nice.

The Arbors is located in a beautiful area. Sadly, the Arbors is understaffed and requires more workers to take care of the number of residents. The residents themselves were all very friendly. Even though there was a lack of staff, they made sure that breakfast was eaten by everyone at the appropriate time, and in orderly fashion. The food prepared by the staff was excellent, and I didn't hear any complaints about it from any of the residents. The residents share rooms, two residents per room and they shared the bathroom. The rooms are sized well and have a tv stand, food trays, wardrobes, and chairs. Some of the residents family members were bringing items like shampoo, and soap due to a slight lack in them at the facility. The Arbors staff is treated well, for example the break room was large and very clean. The residents had many activities available to them. Those included bingo, dominoes, visits from family, board games, and televisions. Overall, the facilities, staff, and residents are very nice, the only downfall is a slight lack of staff.
