There's been a change in staff at the westborough healthcare and I have to tell you it's the most amazing thing I've ever seen. The vibe went from bla to woohoo. My dad is now very well taken care of I'm a very hypercritical person and I have to say I feel confident that he's okay. I couldn't say that prior to now but the new staff and all of the therapy people and the social workers and the new admin are just great. They actually care about your people. Food is great therapy is awesome nurses really know their stuff. Would recommend this facility

This facility provided very poor quality patient care. The dietician did not not understand the fundamental issues of her job. I would not feed the food they served to a dog, it was so poor, and sometimes un-indentifiable. The staff at times forgot to provide basic care like providing needed medications. They did not respond in a timely way to calls from patients. The resident might wait for hours for help. seemed as if they served the residents left-over food they could not get rid of earlier in week. They have a male nurse they introduced as "Doctor John" giving the patients the impression he was a medical doctor. He's not. There are a lot more examples of the poor care, but there is no time. DO NOT GO TO WESTBOROUGH HEALTHCARE

Absolutely awful care and service , my father stayed here and was supposed to be monitored closely , I called multiple times and they literally had no idea where he was and to top it off they charged an unbelievable amount for there extremely awful care, they have rooms with multiple cots, its like a shelter they just pack them in all they care about is the money they can take from these poor people who have no other choice then to be in this rehab.

I am a resident, soon to be released. I have lived in short term rehab in 2015 and 2011. Westboro facility is constantly cleaned and the rules are clear. Management and director are available. Meds by RNs are provided at a reasonable time. Staff, for the most part, are caring. Transportation to necessary appts outside the facility is excellent; coordination and friendliness. Food, communication and delivery needs to be greatly improved.

My husband stayed at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation for almost 3 years. The staff were accommodating and friendly. It was clean but it would be better if some areas were cleaner. The food was pretty good but the residents could only choose on the same day what food they wanted to eat. I was satisfied with the facility.
