Do not send anybody here this is the worst place I’ve ever heard of they withhold medicine and don’t respond to the bells when patients ring them for up to an hour they let my mothers bathroom flood overnight and did not care to fix it till the next day also as soon as we asked to speak to her case manager they were suddenly on vacation for a week even though we were told she was there an hour before. The food is stale and not edible and the staff(besides one or two nurses) is all terrible

I can not believe this place is not shut down. I am horrified with the bed side manners. The dirtiness of this place. Listen I know hospital food is not going to be gourmet but at least it is edible not the food in this place. The staff cant even put my sister on a bed pan till I got there and did it from 2pm till 11pm she asked several times and got nothing till her daughter got there and put her on. His place is a scam the employees are only there for a pay check. What a sham beware dont send your loved one there. Dirty dirty if I could give a negative 100 I would..

If I can give this place zero stars I would. My grandfather was a patient on the hospice floor of this facility. My grandfather stopped eating on a Monday and no one communicated this with my family until Friday. On a Wednesday of that same week he suffered convolutions and no one did anything. Come to find out he actually suffered a stroke. This was determined only after my family went to the facility a day or two later accessed (we were called on that Saturday because someone from there contacted us and said he was in critical condition) him and demanded to have him taken to the ER due to his appearance. This staff did not even attempt to contact EMS to take him to the ER to be accessed. Now my grandfather has damage done to his kidneys, who knows how much neurological damage due to him sitting for two days after having a stroke! My family and I went to speak to the people in charge the nurses acted as if they did not want to speak to us and when they did they give us the run around. They could not provide any documentation that we were notified prior to Friday (Why? Because they never called us!) People do not take your loved ones here. There are people who looked liked they are not being cared for properly. This place has went through at lease three directors over the past few months ( I wonder why!). This place is suppose to care for your loved ones not allow them to sit and die. One thing the nurses kept saying is that my grandfather has a DNR ...yes he does have one but it doesn't mean that you ignore the patient and don't access them when they need to be accessed. My family and I are disgusted with the quality of care or rather lack of care that he received.

This is the worst nursing home EVER. The staff is rude, unprofessional, missing bedside manners. It is sad that people have to reside in such smelly, unhealthy, uncaring environment. It is not like the staff that are employed at Stonehedge does not receive a paycheck to do a job. But the majority of the time you see them standing around the nurses station gossiping. Stonehedge is the worst!!! I wold never recommend this place to NO ONE!!!

this place is terrible I wish it would be shut down.she had a serious episode that they just ignored and when she was taking to get a xray they immediately rushed her to the emergency room because they knew she was not right.. my nana ended passing away after being in this disgusting place. She was neglected not cared for at all She would ask the nursing for different things and never got them. I remember once they asked her what she wanted and she said anything except for one meal that she did not like and guess what they brought her that meal.. the place smelled terrible. staff was rude and ignorant. If you care about your loved one I would not even think about sending them here. I wouldn't even rate this place a stay but I had to in order to post its HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SENDING SOMEONE HERE YOU CARE ABOUT COULDNT STRESS IT ANYMORE!

My granddad got sent to this place and I had no idea what to expect. I got there and it was a small nursing home on a hill. The staff was friendly and the rooms were smaller than I expected but the care that my granddad got was very good. The nurses worked together with rehab to help get him back on his feet after his knee replacement. So its not that bad of a place and if granddad had to go back I would consider this place again.

Horrible!!! My father was here for all of 6 hours! I quickly had him transported back to the hospital to be screened for another facility. The staff are rude and do not care. His room smelled of poop. The heat in his room was not working (December in New England). He was transported during my work hours and had been unchanged, soaked in urine by the time I arrived. Did I mention the staff are rude and do NOT care??? And most importantly, my poor father was in extreme pain when I arrived as the staff didn't even care to give him his prescribed pain meds.... I wouldn't let my pet rat stay the night here, let alone my parent. AVOID THIS PLACE!

A family member was sent here after a major operation and let me tell you we are getting her out of there today. This place is disgusting. Its filthy..the halls, the bathrooms..the food is horrible and the smell of the place is unbareable. There was also a mouse in the room! If you care the slightest bit about your family do not send them here!

The building is very run down and dirty. It smells terrible and just seems unkempt. We have visited other relatives in facilities near by that are hotels almost. The employees always seem angry and do not respond to patients right away. The hallways are hard to walk through as patients are always in wheel chairs or beds blocking any clear paths. The patients do not have their own rooms and their laundry is usually returned to the wrong people. My grandmother has complained they give her sleeping drugs on weekends to confine her to her room. Do not have a place to display personal items. They do not have an option for patients who can bathe themselves to do so. The bath room, shared by several rooms, only has one toilet and a sink. When trucks pass by outside the whole building shakes and frightens residents and the nurses do not explain what is happening. She has gotten food poisoning every holiday they have because the cooks prepare the food the day before and it appears to not be properly stored until served the next day. I find this place to be terrible and would not recommend it if you can avoid placing a family member here.
