I am a friend or relative of a resident

My parents have moved in to Visiting Nurse Association. Their building is fairly new and it's very clean. Their apartment is very small, but it has a walk-in bathroom and kitchenette. We went there for lunch and the food was very good. It's kind of like going to a restaurant. It was probably better than we expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering our questions.
