Our family was at a standstill when our elderly mom was living on her own and experiencing more and more health issues than we could provide assistance for her privately. It took a while to convince her she needed help after living an independent life for so long. We contacted The Parc @ Harborview and within days we toured, she loved it, we moved her in. She immediately adapted to her new surroundings. The best thing is that the care she receives at the Parc is top notch. Aids check on her throughout the day and night. They are sure she gets to her meals in their elegant dining area and eating healthy choices with companions. She is greatly encouraged to join the other residents in their activities and social gatherings (which are many). She made friends with residents and staff and her loneliness and health have taken a complete turnaround. I thank the great staff at the Parc from Anita and Burt at the front desk, health care professionals, and all employees who help in sharing their time and care for the residents. I would highly suggest taking a look if you or your family member is feeling alone or unsafe living alone. This is the place to be. Super plus plus plus, the facility is spotless with lots of gathering areas throughout for family to meet with their loved one. Thanks to all for being there, I can sleep at night knowing Mom is in the best hands.

We chose them for my aunt. It's very warm, cozy, and beautiful; beautiful in architecture, and everything about it. It's a nice, warm place when you first step in. The staff is very attentive to the clients. The food is fantastic, and the residents are very happy. Lots of activities. They have bingo, trips, arts and crafts, they have a welcoming party when you first come in which is a phenomenal thing. A welcome dinner which made her really at home with a deejay, food, and family invited. It was a nice experience when you first came in.

I spoke with a woman, Katie, here. She was very helpful. I thought the layout was great. It was tidy and a nice area. The common areas and the couple of rooms we looked at were very nice. There was a garden out back, which seemed wonderful. My aunt prefers to spend her time outdoors in a garden area. It was better than the other place we toured. Overall, it was a positive visit. It was between meals when we went, so it was relatively quiet. We saw a bunch of folks who just seemed to be relaxing in the common areas. The dining area was very nice. The pub was also quite nice. The natural lighting was great. The layout was nice, and the place was tidy. The place looked very nice.

I highly recommend them. It is local and they are very friendly, very caring, and supportive. My mom is in memory care and our move-in experience was excellent. They were very helpful. She seems to enjoy the meals. It is very clean and they have excellent housekeeping. If there's any issue that comes up, they are very quick to call. They offer bingo, sing-alongs, and movies, too.

I moved my mom after 5 years in a facility very close to me and spent 7 nights a week there with her and the staff. I liked most of the staff however they didnt stay long. I had many issues with management so I moved her to the Parc in January of 2020 just before the pandemic and since the move mom has received hands in care, gained weight which was a necessity and gets lots of love from the staff. She is smiling and flourishing now instead of crying and for that I’m grateful. Making the switch to the Parc was the best decision I’ve made for those looking for great care with a solid staff I highly recommend you give it a look. I give it 5.

I visited here, it was good. The person that conducted the tour was new to the facility, so she's still learning about the facility. She has only been there two months. I learned a lot, but I am not sure if it is the right place for me yet. There are no stairs anywhere and I like that. It is three floors and the floors at different levels have good sized ramps. They're big, wide ramps and they are not steep so that was good. I looked at one apartment, and my real comment is I don't feel that they have big enough windows for me. I need more light. It seems to be in good shape. It's an older building that was completely remodeled. It used to be a hospital and they did a beautiful job with the remodeling. I am satisfied with the way they did it, they did it well. I wish they had changed the windows, but with the brick exterior it is hard to change the windows. They have a dining room and lots of activities. They seemed to have a lot of activities because I looked at the list on what they have. They also have a pub which is open a couple of days a week. They have things that I am interested in, but they don't have a musical program, a chorus of any kind or a band. A lot of them do that now. I am a musician and I really need to be in a music place.
