My mom was a resident of Mary Ann Morse Nursing & Rehabilitation. It's very busy and very overwhelming. The staff-to-patient ratio appears to be a little low because it's a rehab. There was a language barrier there. A lot of the staff are immigrants, and very difficult to understand them with their masks on, everybody had a problem. Aside from that, we were happy with the staff, we're fine with them. It's a very nice place, though smaller and more congested. It felt fine, it was good. I think my mother enjoyed the food. In terms of value, it is very expensive. When you walk in the front door, it's very nice. They have an open space, a nice little enclosed patio in the center of the facility. My mother enjoyed going out there. They only have a dining room, because this was a rehab facility, and you can go outside to their enclosed patio and that was it.

My father is now at Mary Ann Morse Nursing Home. The care is fantastic. The staff is very good. It is a sought-after place within the area. I've never been inside his room because of COVID, but we did get to meet with him outside. They have a patio on the second floor, and they have a courtyard in the middle. We meet outfront where it is all shaded. They also have a back deck. From my understanding, their meals are very good, and my father hasn't had any complaints. The staff seems great. It is a nice place. It seems that he's so fortunate that he is in there. If he is going to be in a nursing home, that's the place for him to be.

Mary Ann Morse seemed to be a beautiful facility but they said there was like a two-year wait. What I like best about this facility is its location. I also like their rooms. They seemed upbeat. For activities, they pretty much have the same as where I am now. They have word games, crossword puzzles, entertainment, and things like that.

I have visited this facility many times in the past few years, because my great grandmother is a resident here. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help no matter the situation. There are many activities going on to keep everyone entertained and busy. My great- grandmother is always finding something to do on a cold winters' day. The food is really tasty and flavorful, something not expected in a nursing home. I feel she is getting the great care she needs along with all of the other residents. She shares a room with one other person and security is very tight in certain wings. Most nursing homes are not the friendliest or inviting, however this place is the complete opposite. It is tucked away on a side street with not very much traffic or noise. When I was last there they were creating an addition in the Alzheimer's unit. I look forward to going back to visit her for months to come!

My Aunt is currently at this beautiful facility in Natick, Massachusetts. Upon entering the facility it was apparent the staff was abundant and accommodating. We visited right near the lunch hour and the staff gladly arranged it so that we could enjoy a nice meal with our Aunt, even allowing for us to bring her the delicious fried clams she had been asking about. We observed the staff treating each member of the facility with a fantastic attitude with a smile on their face, holding genuine conversations and clearly caring for these people. Great experience and lovely staff. Although it is expensive, I would recommend Mary Anne Morse.
