Was in this facility in 2012 while under different name. Fairly clean, great physical therapists, horrible food, understaffed, staff very friendly. "Professional Care team" had no idea of what my medical problem was after 3 weeks (with my records in their hands), and could not provide follow-up arrangements as ordered by doctor on day 3. In-house doctor had no idea of when I would be released (with all my records in front of him). Witnessed incompetent care of other patients--apparently due to poor training of staff and/or poor communication. Don't know if there were "activities"...I was flat on my back. Considering I was there 2 weeks longer than I would have been with competent management, the value is poor.

My wife is at Milford Center. She's only been there for a few weeks. It’s a new facility and it's very nice. They have a gym and exercise programs. They have music as well. The staff is very good. I haven’t tried the food yet, but she eats everything. I just like to see her in some of the place other than lying on the bed or in the chair.

My dad is now in Milford Center. We were quite impressed when he went in for a rehab and eventually went to long-term care. The facility is very homey. He is in a shared room and a cable already hooked up for you, though you have to bring your own TV. The staff are exceptional. They are very intuitive, attentive and they're on top of any situation. I'm very satisfied with how they take care of my dad. He seems very happy and I would recommend this facility.
