I have not seen my mom now for 75 days. I callled the Ma. AG and filed a complaint,Department of Elder affairs,Department of public health, and still no visit! The facility has been covid free for over two weeks and refuse to schedule visits. The most inept unprofessional people work here and simply make excuses that they are under staffed. There are only 27 residents and they act as if there are 2700. If you expect to see your loved one, Do not put them here.

The staff was nice enough once you got used to their quirks but the place itself was very dirty and in horrible shape. I wouldn’t recommend for any long term stay or for anyone with medical issues.

very unhappy with ability to call patient. Most of the time the call never goes threw. not enough time given to patient's needs.

My experience with this facility began in January 2009. My Mother had been in another facility, went to a hospital, and needed to go back to a nursing home for rehabilitation. I was not happy with the previous facility, so my husband and I visited some other places. From the moment we walked into the Timothy Daniels House, we knew this was the place for my Mother. We were greeted as if we were old friends, and given a tour. It was a bright and cheerful place. There were women patients sitting in the dining room visiting with each other as if they were in their own home. It is a small place, so each client receives special care. The staff, from nurses to aids, to kitchen help were all top notch. The office staff were also very helpful whenever I needed help. It turned out that my Mother was never able to leave, as her health started to decline. But, the staff was there every minute for us. They treated us likey family. When we knew it wouldn't be long until my Mother passed away, I decided to stay there until she died. They got a bed for me, meals, and treated me so very well. They brought my step Father a meal every evening that she was there.I recently was asked by a friend about Timothy Daniels, and she decided to try it for her Mother. They are very happy with their choice.
