My friend is at All American Assisted Living and every interaction I've had with the staff has been great and friendly. The place is clean. It's brand new and that's probably the thing I like the most. They have a movie night every night after dinner in a little function room. They have a little patio out back that my friend and I went to sit out one day. The staff has all been great and accommodating. Anything that he needed, they would take care of it right away. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Even the guest bathrooms were clean. The food was good. Seemed like they had a lot of activities for the residents.

We placed our mom in their dementia care July 2021. Her sheets were not changed for a month. We were told they wash them and put them back on the same day. We finally left a tissue in a pillowcase and after a week it was still there. Also they let my mom suffer witha terrible oozing yeast infection under her breast. It was noted in her medical records that she was prone to that. They told us they checked her (and all the ladies) regularly. Obviously not. We filed a formal complaint with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs. Anyone can request a copy through the freedom of information act. We did not want to write this review. We hoped the EOEA would handle it. But after all this time we have little faith that has happened

My parents will move into All American Assisted Living at Hanson. They were very responsive to all our needs. Their facility was well run. The staff seemed happy. And they have memory care. They have two single bedrooms per unit with a common room in the middle. So each unit has two people in it. Although a married couple can have their own unit, they can have two rooms. Each person gets their own room, so a married couple would get a full unit or a single person would have one of the bedrooms in the unit and they'd have a roommate in the other bedroom. That's their model. The staff was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and sat with us during the introductory meeting.

What I liked least about All American Assisted Living was the outdoor area. It was facing a building with construction equipment for outside relaxation; I liked that the least. The staff was welcoming. The facility was new, so of course, it was appealing. I toured both assisted living and memory care. It was new, so anything new is going to be nice. The manager was also very accommodating. They did have nursing on board. They had a salon and an activity room. I don't think it's a good location because it's on a busy road. If you want to go for a walk or something, it's a busy road. It wasn't a nice location.

The staff at All American Assisted Living at Hanson was very, very nice, and the building was beautiful. We had a meal there, which was wonderful. They have a lot to offer. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it's all 2-bedrooms. If your spouse passes away, then you'll have to move in with someone else; I didn't like that idea. They have a library, a card room, and exercise. It seems to be a great community; we just didn't like sharing a bedroom.

This is a beautiful home. The staff was very helpful with any questions or issues we had as a family. I never had to worry about my loved one. There was always something fun going on in the building and the smell of the home cooked meals was amazing. The staff all seemed to get along with each other and truly care about their residents

This facility should be ashamed of itself. The director of nursing is very unprofessional as she was talking about other employees in front of us as we were looking around. She just chuckled it off. Those girls work so hard and shame on her for insulting them in front of what would have been a new renter. We will not even get in to the nurses or so called nurses. They just look clueless. The laundry room is a disgrace. It was so dirty in there I would not even wash my dogs blankets in there. The people looked so bored and sleepy as if they were medicated. There was nothing going on the director of activities was not friendly at all as we were introduced she stayed facing her computer and acted as though we were never there. She should be out there getting these people moving. She looked like she was 19 and had no clue what to do. Maybe lack of experience with the elderly. I'm not positive. Kim was very pleasant and spoke highly of her staff. You can tell her heart is in it. I wish we got to interact with the aides but they were busy. Very busy. The ones I care in contact with were very nice. Only downfall was the language barrier. It's hard to understand a language that you do not speak. While walking around they almost sounded desperate to fill the rooms. My experience was not what I expected. Pay close detail to everything while on your tour, you will see what I did.

My friend is Very disappointed after her family member has been there for months At the beginning they seemed very attentive but the service and concern has gone down hill. I would not recommend this facility for any of my family members.

We chose All American Assisted Living for the location and the services provided for the fees charged. Also I enjoy the fact that the medications are taken care of by the staff, and I noted that they are pretty much done in a timely basis and in a caring way. They have three healthy meals provided each day, and if family members do not feel that they are able to go downstairs to the dining room, their meals are brought to their residence.

We visited All American for my mom. The staff was very good. The rooms/apartments were very nice. They showed us where they have an activity room. As with activities, they have basically the same things with the other facility. The price was really high though. The facility was very nice.

All American Assisted Living was really nice facility. They had a nice option. They had two-room suite where you could have a roommate, and each of you would have your own bedroom. There was a shared bathroom and a little kitchenette. It was a lot more affordable, and it was an option, which was very appealing for a lot of people because it was probably half the price. It was clean, new, and pretty. People were very nice. They had activities like bingo, movie nights, and happy hour. They had a kazoo band, football parties, and cook outs. The rooms were locked. They had an Alzheimer's unit that was completely locked down, and it was a separate unit.

The staff at All American Assisted is very helpful and the facility is very clean. It's a brand-new facility. The room is a shared two-bedroom with shared living room and bathroom. They are all the same size and very nice.
