All American Assisted Living at Raynham is just the perfect size for my husband. There's not too many residents and the location for me is good. They have an atrium where they can go out whenever they want. It's enclosed so nobody can wander away from the facility. The meals are very good. For lunch and dinner they get two choices, and they can pick what they like (I'm not usually there at breakfast time, so I'm not sure what they have for breakfast). If they don't like either one, they can get a hamburger or a hot dog, grilled cheese sandwich, or any other kind of sandwich. Everyone has been very accommodating. I go there at different times because I wanted to see how the different shifts are and how people reacted to these residents. So far, I'm very pleased. My husband is in a shared room in the memory care unit, but he has his own bedroom. Next door to him is another bedroom and then they share a common area. He just got a roommate a couple days ago and it seems to be working out fine. His room is very nice. You can bring anything you want. I brought pictures up there, but you have to supply the bed, the bureau, and furnish the whole thing. He's very well taken care of. They do his laundry twice a week and everything else for him. The CNAs really run it. They are the ones that take care of all the residents. They know all these people, and a lot of them have been there for a long time. The nurse is in a separate office, but if you need her, she comes right out always. On the assisted living side, if someone comes in with a guitar, they will take some of the people from the memory unit over there. So, they interact with each other. They have activities mostly all afternoon.

We toured All American Assisted Living at Raynham. I like it. It was very nice. The lady was very nice. However, the room they had available had a view of the dumpster, so we didn't like it that much. Comparing it with another place I went, I didn't think the lighting was very bright, but it's still on our list. I met the marketing lady, and she was very nice and very helpful. I thought the facility was very nice. I think the lighting could have been brighter indoors. The other thing was that we want my mom to go outside, and it was right next to the highway, so the highway noise was very apparent. You could hear the cars from the highway. Everything was clean though.

All American Assisted Living at Raynham was great. We liked it, and it was our first choice. The rooms were very nice. They had one apartment that had a bigger room and it was nice, but it was obviously more expensive. The tour guide was very pleasant and answered our questions. We just thought the price was higher than we had expected. It was not as homey as the others, but it was adequate. They said they had amenities, but we didn't see any in action. They had music nights, bingo, other games, and a van for transportation if somebody wanted to go shopping or whatever. The staff was excellent.

Mom didn't choose All American Assisted Living because everyone shares a bathroom. You have a roommate and a separate bedroom, but you share a kitchenette and a bathroom. Other than that, the place was nice and the people were very friendly. The dining area was nice and clean. They had a library, an activity room, a room for happy hour and cooking demonstrations, and a dining room for family gatherings. I wasn't impressed with the small outside area.

All American is fine and brand new. We don’t have any issues so far with the staff. I am really happy that mom is in there.

My mother was at the All American. She was only there for about a month though. The food was very good. They had two separate bedrooms to a unit, and the people could have a TV or a phone. If you walked in the door to these two bedrooms, there was a little sitting area first of all, to the left of that was the bathroom and a shower, and then the two bedrooms -- each with their own door and separated by a wall -- and they were very clean. They did laundry every week for everybody, they had nursing and activities going on, people coming in for the activities, and three meals a day. This was the memory care, but the whole thing was assisted living with not more than 16 people in it, so it was a nice, hands-on type of thing. It was a very good place. My mom had her 101st birthday over there, and they gave her a wonderful party. They were fine. Everything was a five.

We ruled out All American Assisted Living because my mother-in-law doesn't want to go into a two-bedroom. The facility was brand new, and the food was good, but the set-up is for automatic; you can't have a single room.

Everything is great at All American Assisted Living. The food is very good; the rooms are brand new. My mother is the first one to live in her room. They do all sorts of exercise, games, and crafts, and they keep them pretty busy. It’s a nice place.
