My mother was at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center - NewBridge for rehab and then we toured the long-term care facility. Everything was good. I feel as though it was understaffed, but that's the same with everyone. It was very clean, They had very, very nice people. The food was good; my mother loved it.

I saw the rehab facility of NewBridge on the Charles. Their facilities are stunning, the rooms are very comfortable, the common spaces are stunning, the physical therapy is excellent, but the nursing staff is indifferent. The nurses are overworked and the care suffers. The PCAs are not adequately trained, I suspect they're not being paid very much, and so the level of care is erratic. However, the medical care is excellent, and the food is excellent.

The only good thing about this place is the private rooms. Dont expect the call button to be answered for at least an hour and they dismiss the patient before the are able to function. Hardly any activities. No aides. Patient is basically left alone in room day and night. Same food menu everyday

My wife is in Hebrew Rehab. It is one of the best in the State. You can't beat the nursing or the doctor's staff. Their facility is only 5 years old and has spacious rooms. Even in the shared rooms, you don't have the sense of being shared. It is just a shared bathroom, but they are big rooms.

I was at NewBridge on the Charles for rehab after hip surgery. The staff’s attitude was excellent -- everybody from the nurses, physiotherapist, the social workers and housekeepers. I am on a fat-free diet, some of them were not so good, but on the whole it was fine. The sanitation was very good; it was very clean. My room was excellent. The only thing that I didn’t like which didn’t bother anybody else was the ticking clock, so I have to put foam into my ear.
