If I could give a 0 I would. Autistic brother was there and discharged with a extremely poor discharge plan. Staff never returned my calls and things that were supposed to be done were not. Never completed a peer-to-peer that was supposed to be done. Never returned my calls about it. My brother never administered vital medication on his own with nurse there. After care place (which weren’t required to do so) had to go out and purchase a walker. If you care about your loved one/family member do not leave them here. They have no feelings for the vital care he/she needs.

The receptionist is not knowledgeable even rude at times. The administrators and office people do not keep families updated on our loved ones. I could go on and on The building needs lots of inprovments.

My relative was there, At first place seemed fine but about a year later there were onlg2 to 3 aides to over 35 per per floor, many times they would lose residents on floor, my relativecontracted a skin infection, infection , they also lost there insurance since office staff is always absent or incompetent but yet corp sends bills that aren't right, on brighter note some staff work hard & activity program I are nice, but underfunded & not used as much as they should be,
