I chose BayCare Assisted Living for my mother, and she moved in last April. I've not been inside. I visited outside. I like that it's close to me, it's affordable with my mother's budget, and it seems very nice. Everybody seems very nice, very good, very experienced, and caring. It's in the country, so it has a lot of nature to it. I would recommend them. When it all happened, it was the beginning of the pandemic, and they were the only facility that really contacted me.

April 3rd my father was to put his companion in this facility, April 2nd she was admitted to the hospital to where she never made it out and passed away April 18th, This facility was notified on the 3rd that she would not be coming that day nor the future, He had giving a 3,500 deposit, we have since called several times a day leaving messages and no return calls, I have reached out to mention that this money would determine what type of funeral she would get, (sad but true). We were hoping the kindness of their heart they would give back that money or at least a portion of it... NO!!! 3,500 is a lot of money to elderly!!!!!

BayCare Assisted Living is not a place I would take my brother to. It wasn't up to my expectations for him. There were maybe 13 patients there and there was only one bathroom to use. It was upstairs so they had to use a lift to go upstairs. My brother can hardly even walk. The patients seemed like they were doped up or I don't know what you call it. There was this one lady that we just kept talking out of her head loudly. It's not a place that I would have my brother in, at this time. There was nobody there for him to interact with, like sit down and talk with. The person that gave us the tour was nice. I have nothing against the personnel there. It was just the place itself. We've seen the kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom that my brother would have shared with somebody. It was upstairs that he couldn't even climb up to, though they did have a lift on the stairs. It was clean but it had a smell of urine. It was in a house. They said they can accommodate 16 and they had 13 at the time of my visit. I believe they were all shared rooms. During the tour, we only talked with one person plus the administrator.

My mother has lived at Sarah, Margaret and mollies for 3 years. The staff is absolutely wonderful and caring. They know everything about my mother and are attentive to all her needs. The facility is clean and in a quiet country location. The nurse Linda is always available and passionate about all the people that live there. I would highly recommend this facility.

Sarah Margaret & Mollie's Placed looked clean, well kept and attractive. The staff was friendly. The residents looked well cared for and well groomed. It had a more pleasant environment than the one that my ex-husband was at now.
