Patapsco Valley takes exceptionally good care of its residents. My mother, who is late stage Alzheimer’s, has been at this facility since 2013. Her medical care has been thorough and consistent. She is always clean, tucked comfortably in bed, and cared for when I visit which is at least once every week. Every small concern I’ve raised has been quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily handled. The building itself may appear quite ordinary, but the care inside is exceptional.

I will be completing my rehab at PVC within a couple of weeks and I must say the stay at the facility went well. The staff from Nursing, Rehab, Food Services, Social Work, Recreation and Ms. T from EVS all treated me with respect & courtesy. I was in a semi-private room which was fine.

I was a short term rehab/dialysis patient at PVC, my stay was great. All the staff from nursing, rehab, recreation & evs took care of my needs, recreation provided me with romance novels and the evs department kept my room clean.

Not a bad place but you need to keep up on the night staff when it come to medication and keeping your love ones drinking.

My first impression of Genesis Healthcare was very good. The grounds and the facility itself were really good, appealing, and welcoming. The staff seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I really liked that they catered to people who had strokes, dementia, or disorders with the brain and handle activities with them like bingo, arts, or one-on-one games. The dining area looked nice.

My first impression of Genesis (Randallstown) was that it was OK. I was there often to visit a relative. My relative complained about the food all the time. They did have activities, but she didn't care to participate. They never seemed to have enough help.
