Hearts of Hope is located in the town of Lanham, MD, about 15 miles northeast of Washington, D.C., and 30 miles southwest of Baltimore. Hearts of Hope is a residential assisted living facility licensed to care for five residents. Staff offer support in activities of daily living in addition to medication maintenance, blood pressure monitoring and diabetes care. Awake staff are available 24/7, and visiting service providers, such as hairdressers and barbers, may be scheduled on request.
