My mother moved into Woodlands at Reid Temple this past Saturday. The units are very nice. The leasing office is very nice. The process is seamless. The grounds are kept very nice. The common areas are kept very nice, and there are activities for the seniors. They don't provide food. She just moved there, so she hasn't had an opportunity to enjoy the activities. It's just that the activity coordinator shared some of the things that they do. The rent is very reasonable for seniors. They have a fitness room. They have washers and dryers in the units. They have a space for a beauty salon. It's already labeled, and I guess they're just waiting for the stylist to come. There is a salon/barber shop. They have a community room, a media room, and trash rooms on each floor. They have a screened-in outdoor porch that is very nice. They had benches throughout the facility. They also had common area restrooms throughout the facility just in case a person can't make it back to their room. It is very well constructed. I feel like my mom is in a safe, clean, and very happy place. They have taken a lot of time and put a lot of thought in this facility for seniors. There is great parking and a secure building.

I toured Woodlands at Reid Temple. It was a very serene setting. It was quiet and very peaceful. There's plenty of parking available. When I entered the facility, it was very nice and very comfortable. I toured the one-bedroom unit, and I liked the fact that it had laundry within the unit. The downside was there was no private outdoor space. The place was very convenient for shopping and other things like that; however, the units were very small.

Woodlands at Reid Temple was a relatively new facility. It was very beautiful. They gave me a copy of their floor plans and I liked the setup of it. They also gave me a lot of information, like the newsletter they give to their residents and an activity sheet where they have different things planned for the them. The staff was very nice and very welcoming. The grounds were beautiful and from what I could gather from other residents, they were enjoying living there and they were very happy with the facility. My dad was very happy with what he saw, too. They had an exercise room, a community room with a television, a fireplace, some chess games, and different things that people might be interested in. They also had a separate room where you could read. It didn't have books to offer, but it was quiet and it's a very nice area to sit and read. They had outside patio dining and grills with heated lamps in case it was a little chilly outside.

I've been living in Woodlands at Reid Temple for a couple of weeks now. It's very clean. It had all the amenities you need, and I liked the people. The staff is very friendly, very accommodating. They have a gym facility, a salon, and the gym is available to me as a leaseholder. I'm living in a very spacious one-bedroom. The place is immaculate and very well kept.

I toured Woodlands at Reid Temple. It's a facility that the church built and it's right behind it. It's an independent living community and it looked like a nice place and brand-new. The rent includes all the stuff that goes with it like the amenities. There are residents already there. I think this place has been up for a little while, maybe close to a year. Everybody was pleasant and very welcoming. They showed us around and it looked like they were thrilled about what they're showing. They gave out pamphlets about the place with all the information that you would need like transportation, proximity to emergency care, and all the stuff that you would tell somebody if they were moving into that type of community. They're also very accommodating. The rooms I saw looked like regular apartments. The 1-bedroom looks like a 1-bedroom with a living room, kitchen area, and dining area. For one or two people, it is perfect. It's nice and compact with enough space where you could be comfortable. I think the kitchen was kind of small for that apartment. It has a bar where you can sit on stools or something like that. It wasn't that big with the living room and all that but it was all open floor plan. I think it has a small dining area next to all of that. It was one big kind of room with a kitchen but everything was the right size. You don't need more than that. It's just big enough for a couple of people. It had enough space for you to do things. It looks well maintained, brand-new with all the grass cut. We went through the summer so it was still green grass. They have exercise rooms, TV rooms, conference rooms and stuff like that too.

I toured Woodlands at Reid Temple but they're not gonna have anything available until February 2022. It was very clean, it was pretty and I like everything. Everything was nice and very convenient to where our daughter and son live. The staff who gave the tour was very good. I like the convenience and I like that they had everything within the apartment. Everything was good, it's just the availability since everybody's trying to get in.

Woodlands at Reid Temple was beautiful. It was still new, so it was well kept and all that. The property and the apartments were nice. I just felt that the square footage was smaller or average, compared to what I've seen in other properties. We saw people coming and moving, and they were wiping down throughout the common area as part of their COVID precautions. The staff was great and the dining area was very nice.

My mother moved into Woodlands at Reid Temple. It's very clean. A lot of the amenities are not opened yet because of Covid, but they have a hair salon, a movie theater, and a little open area where people can congregate; a couple of people play cards down there on Friday nights. The staff is extremely nice. It's super clean. I had noticed somebody picked the wall by the elevator when they were moving, and they fixed it like within a week. My mother loves it. The whole place is independent living. You just got to be 62 and older to live there. The staff is very attentive and very nice to the people. They don't provide food. They haven't started things where they can congregate yet because of Covid. They have mostly an older population, but they said that they are looking into trying to hire an activities director right now. They base the price on your income.

I went for a tour of the Woodlands at Reid Temple last Monday. It was beautiful, I put in my application right there and then. I'm placing a deposit this Monday. It is next door to my church. I love the location, it's perfect for me. It's brand new. It is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen in the apartment is absolutely beautiful, with stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, and countertops. The staff was wonderful. They were so kind to me, I asked many questions, and they were very patient. I just want to move now. The grounds are beautiful.

Woodlands at Reid Temple was new, and it was not too far from where I live now. The staff was very professional and answered all my questions, and the apartments were nice, convenient, and large enough for my furniture. They have a lawn, a gym, and a big open space where you can have company instead of just having someone in your apartment. They also have an exercise room and on-site medical staff. As far as transportation goes, they haven't started that yet because the building is not completely full; it's not even ninety-percent filled yet. So, once they get more people in there, they can work on that program.

My mother is living in Woodlands at Reid Temple. It's brand new and nice. Everything is updated and new. They had a few problems because there were still only like ten to 15 people living in the whole development. So there are problems, like the electricity would go out maybe once a month. The appliances and stuff are sort of high-tech for seniors like my mom's age, 80 plus years old. She had to call us to figure it out, and they didn't show them how to do anything when they first moved in, but the place is nice. The staff members were very nice. They just started to finish the activity rooms, they don't have televisions or anything in there yet, but my mom did say this morning that she saw the new apartment manager, and she said she's going to start ordering the televisions and things to put in. They have a beauty salon, barber shop, a gym or exercise room. At the end of the hallways, they have a television and seating areas.

I went to Woodlands at Reid Temple. I didn't like it. It was too small. There was not enough square footage in the apartment, and I had a lot of furniture. They have these long hallways and it's too confining, but it was nice.

Woodlands at Reid Temple was a brand-new community. The person who showed us around was very in-tune with our needs, she was very nice, and very helpful. The place itself was brand new and it was beautiful. It was a 55+ community or 62+, so a lot of seniors will be happy at that facility. We looked at a two-bedroom apartment, and you could get washer and dryer in it. Everything was new because it's brand new. There's a closet for maintenance. Everything is in one closet, so that when a maintenance person comes you don't have to worry about them going all through the apartment. They could take care of everything, air-condition changing filters, all of that from one closet. The building had cameras and it was locked with security. Everything was just beautiful. The two-bedrooms had two bathrooms. Because the facility wasn't finished, they didn't have a lot of activities planned yet. Eventually, they're gonna have a bus that can take you down the street to the shopping center. They also were gonna have a community room where people could come and visit you, and that looked really nice from the plans, but they didn't really have that together yet because they were just starting. When we went for the visit, they actually were just starting to move some people in. There was only one building where they were moving people in when we went. A lot of it was still fenced off because they were still working on it. They had a big parking lot for cars. A bad thing is if you don't drive, the grocery store is a little ways down, and you can't walk to it because there are no sidewalks on the main highway. You come out onto like a main highway and you can't walk on that. It is also based on your income, because it's more for people that have a lower income. I thought it would be a good value for the money for people who are on a lower income.
