My family and I are very grateful for the wonderful care our mom received while at Caring Outreach. They work to make every accommodation pleasant for my momp in their clean and beautiful home. There is a beautiful deck and yard where she can walk out to see the sunrise each morning if she wants to. They took her to the dr appt when we couldn’t. Many kudos to the staff!

Excellent facility. The owners treat you as part of the family and take care of the seniors as family. They work within your budget and keep a clean and orderly facility. We are so glad we found this assisted living!

We've chosen Caring Outreach for Seniors for my brother because it's close to our home. The least that I like is that for any medicine that he takes that is over-the-counter, we have to supply the assisted living facility with that information. He can't take Advil or something like that over-the-counter without them having a list of that medicine that is signed off by his doctor. We have to go to the primary care to get his permission for him to take anything over-the-counter and that's just very labor intensive for me, to make sure that he gets that information. My brother likes the staff. He would prefer more of a healthy diet though. He got a special diet from his doctor and we are working with them right now to adjust his diet so it is healthier for his heart. We're in the process now of letting them look over and be familiar with the diet and then see if they're able to give that to him. The facility is not very clean. He gets his own bath, but unfortunately, the shower is not working, so he has to go downstairs to use the shower in the powder room. I'm working with them right now to make sure that that shower gets repaired so he doesn't have to leave his level to go down, but they have a chair that goes up and down the stairs, so that's good. He's only been there a couple of weeks, so I don't know all that they offer, but I know that the staff did offer to stretch with him.
