Peace Healthcare at Ridgeway Manor is a quiet community. It is run by doctors and nurses. Once you're in, you get a room, usually with a roommate and the doctor comes in and looks at you and tells you what treatments they should offer. The nurses administer health care. They give you prescriptions. They do everything for you that you may need. We have three meals a day and they are pretty good. The portions are small, but I think that's on purpose. They don't have a lot of activities. Part of that is that it's a nursing home. People don't ever come out of their rooms. So they get their meals in the room and health care by nurses and doctors. You can choose your meals in a room or the dining area. I get mine in my room because it's more convenient. They have a dining area which is sort of a meeting place where they have ice cream on Tuesday and Wednesday and they have a help dog come in and they get to pet them. The staff is pretty good. Almost all of them are good nurses. A couple of them have bad attitudes, but mostly they do their best to take care of you. So, they make sure you're comfortable and happy. The buildings are not old. It is certainly built in the 50s, but it's very clean.
