Morning Pointe of Louisville was a very nice community, and it was fairly new. It seemed like they had a high turnover and that was probably one thing that kind of turned us against it. It just was a different atmosphere too. A friend of mine has her aunt in there. We checked out her room, and it was really nice.

Morning Pointe is brand new, I liked the rooms, they were better than the others I’ve seen, and from a financial standpoint, I could afford to live there with my wife. The amenities were fine, and they were probably better equipped than the others. However, the turnover in personnel was high.

I went to one of Morning Pointe's open houses. It was very clean and like a community. It was very, very good. I looked around quickly, and they gave me some good pointers. The dining area was nice. The atmosphere was wide open and nice.

Morning Pointe of Louisville is a very nice place and very spacious. The only issue that we really had is that the dining area was pretty far away from the resident's rooms. They have a lot of activities and multiples areas for their activities.
