Awful place. My mother has been allowed to languish in pain and they won't give her any pain killers. They claim they have to wait for a doctor's prescription, although the hospital sent all orders and medication list when she was transferred. They also have not been monitoring her diabetes as they should. He levels have been running dangerously high and they don't seem to care. Finally, it takes over an hour for a nurse to respond when my mother calls.

My parents were at rehab at Stratford Commons. My dad needed quite a bit of care so I stayed in a cot there every night to make sure he got what he needed. The care wasn't good and they even forget to order his good. One day they even forgot all three times. I had to go down only to be told the kitchen is closed. The building itself and the rooms were clean and very nice. It's a newer building, but there was a few staff. My dad soiled his pants and it took them an hour to get in there, and it took them about another two hours to get my dad cleaned up. My mom even called me crying one day. 90% of the time I would give them 15 or 20 minutes, and dad would have to go to the bathroom and he couldn't hold it in any longer so I would go out and try to find someone, and then it still would take them another 10 to 30 minutes to get in there. They had some activities. My dad had no teeth and lots of times when they cooked hash browns they'd be too hard so he couldn't chew them. Also, it was the same food all the time. I was very upset and I wouldn't recommend the place.
