The Villas at Dove Estates, 24 independent living apartments, are situated adjacent to Dove's assisted living as "six-plexes" and are perfect for more active seniors who desire a manageable, secure and maintenance free living space. These luxurious single story apartments are available on a monthly rental basis, with flexible rent options, which include full access to services provided by this senior retirement community. Each spacious 2 bedroom home is 980 square feet. Our residents enjoy the full size kitchen; the large walk-in closet (used as storm shelter) in the master bedroom; washer and dryer in each apartment; walkout patio; enlarged attached garage, private secured entrances and security call systems, and so much more.
Services Offered:
At Dove Estates assisted living, we expect to see a dramatic improvement in a resident's functional ability. Short term aggressive/extensive rehabilitation will be one of our core competencies. It can be continued following hospitalization or upon discharge from a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation center. Our teams of therapists are able to successfully rehabilitate residents so that over 50%-60% of them are able to regain their prior ability.
When you couple good food, medication management, professional rehabilitation, interesting activities with the therapeutic value of socialization, you find a culture and a "community built on compassion, care and service".

The Dove Estates' decor was a little modern for me. For example, the chairs and stuff in the lobby weren't like overstuffed chairs that you would want to sit in. Other than that, the rooms were very nice. The dining was very nice. The staff was awesome. It's a very nice place. They were very kind to my loved ones. My sister-in-law's kind of reluctant to go, and they were not pushy. They had a lot of patience. They're good people. My brother ate there, and he liked it. It's a nice quiet location, and it's not far from his home.

I visited Dove Estates in Goddard. It was wonderful; very nice and very clean. The staff was very nice and informative. The facility was very clean and the rooms were clean and organized too. The surrounding area was clean and quiet. There were all kinds of activities available to keep the residents busy. They have games like Bingo, cards, and dominoes. They also have quilting.

I really liked Dove Estates in Goddard. It seemed very clean, and it seemed like they had a lot of activities and meal choices. The rooms that I saw were very nice. The kitchen and living room was an open area, nice, and large. The bedrooms were small and did not have closets, but the bathroom was really large and had lots of storage and places to hang clothes in. I did not taste a meal, but they had a baker on-staff, which was pretty cool, and I got to try one of her cookies and it was very good. The dining room seemed spacious and had plenty of seating, so that people didn't have to sit right on top of each other with our social distancing guidelines right now. They had transportation to places on Tuesdays, they had Bingo, a fitness room, and they've got a nice courtyard and areas where you can take a walk. It's a really nice place, but we were actually looking for a 2-bedroom with 2 baths and Dove Estates only had 2-bedrooms with 1 bath.

Our visit at Dove Estates was a good experience. It's a nice place and it's almost new. It looked like a lot of thought went into it and it appeared to be well run. The staff members we met there were fine.

Dove Estates was a very nice place. We were impressed with the personnel that we met there. The rooms were satisfactory. The place was impressive. The staff spent a lot of time with us. She walked us around the place. She showed us everything, and she answered all our questions.

The rooms at Dove Estates were very small. They only had a small 1-bedroom, but it was nice, and clean. The staff was kind, but not overly friendly. We did not see any activities going on. We only saw two residents out and about They have a dining facility, and a very nice exercise room with a weight room, which was the nicest one that we saw, and a place that they do haircuts.

I visited this facility and must say I was very pressed. Clean, smelled good, excellent maintenance obviously, and very affordable. Currently has a wait list, but when I need it, believe this would be the right decision.

Dove Estates was very nice. We liked it very much. They had a wonderful exercise room, a game room, and a library. It was a new facility, and it was lovely. The apartments were very homey and spacious.
