Thanks to Janet, Director of Soc Services and Valerie, Business Off Mgr, our experience at Amber Manor taking care of my 92 year old mother was very reassuring and they were extremely professional. Yet they were both so very caring in such a personal family manner. They paid great attention to the detail of caring for the needs of our entire family, and answering all our questions! We couldn’t have had better care!! Thank you too, to the many nurses whose extreme dedication doesn’t go unnoticed! Amber Manor made our difficult journey much easier!!!

My dad is in Amber Manor Care Center. It's a very good nursing home, They provide very good care. It's clean. They're engaged with the residents. They're very engaged with their residents and they do care about them and talk to them. Every time he goes down the hall, they call him by his first name. They meet all of his needs. The food is not great, it's nursing home food, but it's OK. They keep it up very well. They're always playing bingo, they have gatherings in the courtyard where they play music, and they get together, watch television together, they have computer/ youtube/ TV. They have people around them, and they're reading stories and going over news articles with them. They do have a very active engagement with their residents. They seemed well- staffed, and I've not had any bad experiences.

Best place for my loved ones! They have the best staff, great food, and top notch activities. This is a place where everyone is treatylike family!
