My dad is already in Golden Livingcenter – Brookview and it's good. The room that he's in is really nice. He's in the Hall of Heroes, which is where they have their veterans, which is newly updated and very nice. They have Bingo, karaoke, table ball, movies, soccer, church, family game day, and prom. The staff is nice and the place is clean and well-maintained. On the side that he's on, there's a deck with tables and chairs. They have two spacious dining areas.

I brought my mother to Golden Living Center Brookview for therapy services after she had surgery on her back. She was given a private and spacious room with a TV, telephone and private bathroom. The house keeping staff came in and cleaned her room every day. She was provided with diet choices that were appropriate to her medical needs. When she was not receiving therapy she was able to watch her favorite TV programs, read, or enjoy visits from her family any time. The staff were all very kind to her. The therapy staff were very knowledgeable and well trained in the areas she needed help with. She made excellent progress towards her rehab goals and was able to successfully discharge back to her home after two weeks. Later Mother sent the staff a thank you card for all the good care she received. If she were to need these services again in the future, I would definitely bring her back.

My mother has been in Golden Livingcenter - Brookview for six years. I talked to the director about some of the problems I was having and they corrected those problems and I have been much more satisfied with the staff. I am more familiar and they're more familiar with me now, so I decided to stay with them. I do love my mother and I'm going to make sure she gets the best care that anyone can provide and it's close to home for me. It's very clean and I like the food services. The room is very clean and they keep the heat up enough that the patients don't have to worry about it and there is no dust in the room. They do comply and I am very satisfied.

I was admitted to Golden Living Centers for a few weeks. I was scared at first because I have never been in a nursing facility before. When I arrived at Golden living I was relieved. I chose Golden Living Centers because of their private rooms. I was completely satisfied with my room and I really liked the recliner lift chair. The staff were very friendly and nice and the food was good, too. I appreciated the excellent care and patience of the fine therapists! They were truly a great inspiration for me. I was thoroughly satisfied and enjoyed my stay. I was able to care for myself again when I went home. I would definitely recommend Golden Living Centers to others. All of the staff went above and beyond my expectations . It feels like home.
