Do not go here unless you absolutely have to. The social worker is totally unhelpful - actually a jerk. When my friend was discharged, they acted like it was a big inconvenience. They gave us little information, and they totally messed up prescriptions. They don't seem to know what they're talking about. Phone system is messed up. Food is horrible. Apparently my friend was discharged "at the wrong time," so the nurse and social worker were dismissive and annoyed with us. No empathy. Horrible people.

I normally don't write bad reviews, but in this case I have to speak up. I have seen patients be ignored and nurses and staff be rude and unprofessional. Social service staff was no help to me or my needs. The best thing that I can say is they're facility is clean. If you want your loved one to be cared for properly, go somewhere else. This place is strictly about money and not enough caring and kindness.

This place is terrible don't allow yourself or any of your family members to live here for any amount of time. They took my wife off of her anti anxiety medication. Without her knowledge or telling her the new plan. She was placed on a medication that she has previously taken and gives her headaches. After informing the nurse. The doctor still didn't get to see her for 2 weeks. My wife battles with severe depression and debilitating anxiety. She has been laying in a fillthy bed. She also has bed sores on her back and her bottom. She doesn't have any pillow cases on her pillows. Her roommate cusses and calls her derogatory names. I have reported and she has reported all of these issues and nothing has changed. My wife is terrified of the staff. She says if she asks for to many things they begin to talk down to her yelling and calling her name's, because she's bothering them. My wife never recieves her medication on time and often has to skip multiple doses a day because they were not disbursed on time. A basin of water is often left in her room for hours and she is made to eat meals on top of it. They ignore her call light for hours which causes accidents and she is forced to sit in her own urine and stool. She has missed meals because the meat she received was not cooked all the way through. When ask for something else they told th ree kitche

My family did not have a great experience at this location. I would not recommend this location to be the place to choose for your love one. Not attentive to the care, administration not responsive and extremely high turnover of the caregivers.

My father-in-law came out of Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation so well that he has continued to live by himself. I was very happy with the way they treated him and how he came out in much better shape. They did a great job. He went through physical therapy and occupational therapy two or three times a day for about a month. The staff seemed very friendly and very caring; they were just very good. He did not complain about the food, and he’s particular sometimes, so I think it was just fine. It appeared that there were well-balanced meals.

My mom is in Kindred. My mom likes it there. They do a good job. My mom's room is clean. It has enough room for two beds and each on have a little bathroom and a sink just like in a hospital. They have doctors and nurses there. The doctors come once a day to check them. The food is fine. It is like cafeteria food. I guess they can improve on the speed in going to things when the patient needs something, but there's always somebody needing something.
