The building exterior was refinished and repainted, and Royal Oak Manor proudly stands out as a sleek and modern fixture of downtown Royal Oak. Our property features 13 brand-new accessible units that were created as part of the renovation project. These units have features that make them more accessible for individuals with a permanent mobility impairment, including widened doorways, lowered kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops, open (cabinet-free) areas beneath sinks, roll-in shower and lower shelves and hanger bars in closets. The waitlist is currently open for accessible units. Royal Oak Manor is gradually transforming into a 100% smoke free co-op. Smoking is not allowed in any common areas or within 25 feet of the building. All new co-op members since November 1, 2018 are not allowed to smoke in their apartments, but members who moved in prior have been grandfathered in and may smoke in their apartments. Aria Enterprise offers a newly updated, cozy home for our residents. This one-floor ranch-style home's large, private backyard is beautifully landscaped and is perfect for birdwatching. We offer a relaxing, peaceful environment where our residents can socialize and have fun, too. Nicely decorated common spaces are available for residents to spend time and socialize together. Each resident has the option to decorate their bedroom to their own taste. Aria Enterprise has a doctor, nurse, and physical therapist that will visit as requested based on need. We will offer a caregiver on-site from 7am to 7 pm. The facility will also provide non medical transportation if needed per request. We provide 3 meals per day with a special meal once per month for our residents. We offer board games, TV, internet and will provide a special activity once per month for the residents to enjoy. Aria Enterprise also offers onsite full services for laundry. Families are welcome to visit anytime they wish. This is a very warm and welcoming home to live in .
