This is 3 bedroom Semi-private home that is approved by OHCQ to house six residents. We offer onsite hair care (hairstyles & hair cuts), Laundry for each resident, and game nights. This location is conveniently located near a church and stores. We have around-the-clock care from an on-call nurse and certified Medicine Techs to help with medication management and help with all ADL's for residents that require help, We do all of the cooking and housekeeping. This facility is monitored 24 hours a day by ADT security systems.
