My dad moved into Franciscan Court. The staff was very wonderful walking us through both the process as well as the facility. The facility is smaller and met my dad's personality better than some of the other places we were looking at. There were a good number of activities and opportunities for him to socialize and grow. They were accommodating in terms of the availability and what opportunities he had. They were helpful in getting him enrolled and they made that welcome and very easy in terms of process. Also, the on-site welcome for my dad was great. They did some introductions and made him feel very welcome. The staff was very friendly, very homey, and folksy. It felt very neighborly. And so all of those things were great for my dad's needs.

My mom lived there for just about 3 years. The staff was so sweet to her and took excellent care of her. The caring and nursing staff were always in contact with me to keep me aware of everything that was going on, no matter how small. I totally recommend this place, they really do care about their residents

I liked Franciscan Court. It was a smaller place and I kind of liked that. When you walk into the place, you just know that it's meant to be. The place was clean. Everybody was attentive. The rooms were more like apartments where they were on their own. Even the walk-in shower was easy. It was homey and quiet. I was there when they were going to do lunch and some residents were helping other residents. One had a walker and one had a wheelchair, and they were helping each other get out of the elevator. It was just a nice atmosphere. They had movie nights, crafts, and therapy. They had a nice patio that they could go out to.

My mom has moved into Franciscan Court. All of the staff is very friendly, and I've found that they're very attentive to my mother's needs. It's very clean, and well-organized in terms of activities. The meals are good quality. They do help keep my mother on a good schedule, and make sure she's up and active during the day and not just sitting around. They do pay attention to any physical needs that she has. In terms of any cuts or abrasions or anything like that, they take good care of that. My mom has moved into a studio. I think it helps her to be motivated to get out of the room and do some activities. If the room or the space was big, she might tend to stay in it more. I know they have 1-bedroom available. They have a library that's available at all times and other activities to keep everybody up and moving as much as possible.

Franciscan Court was an excellent place. The guide there was very good. The director there was great, too. If my nephew would have been 64 and a half, he would have worked with it. I wish it would have worked out, but it's a state rule, and they can't do anything. The director was very accommodating. The nurse that toured with me was very kind, gracious, and very upfront. They offer a whole lot of services. Everything was all-inclusive. They do the laundry, and they help with showers twice a week. You have three meals, and you have some social activities. They have everything that I would be looking for. Mostly the director and the nurse were great. They have a deep cleaning once a week, and then the aides do the other cleaning. Utilities and everything are paid for. I was impressed with it, and I was more impressed with Drew, the director, and the nurse that toured with me. It's an old building but it was clean.

Franciscan Court is an affordable choice for families who need care for their loved ones. The facility is clean, cozy, and much smaller than the other facility. They had an interior courtyard that overlooked a very beautiful koi pond. No appliances or pets are allowed in your apartment. It's a family-owned place, and they're doing their best with what they have available in their budget. A lot of people there have Medicaid. The staff was a very kind and sweet person. He really went out of his way to make people feel at home and comfortable with choosing their loved one's care. He was very interested in trying to make it a cozy and wonderful experience for families. He was nice and very approachable.

My mom is currently in Franciscan Court. The thing I like most about it is it's family-owned. It's kind of small, so they get to know the residents really well. It was very nice, very clean, and well kept up. They have a nice dining room. They have a courtyard with a little fish pond, a little waterfall in it, and in the back where the residents can sit outside. They have a pretty large, lower-level facility where they have activities, which is also nice. They have special music come in. Sometimes they do bingo. They have some services on Sunday. They have other activities like arts and crafts. During the pandemic, they had to restrict residents to their apartments at certain times, which was difficult. They weren't able to do the activities, but under normal circumstances, they do plan some nice things for the residents. They have their big dinner at lunchtime hour, and it's usually pretty good. The facility is nice.

I liked Franciscan Court. It wasn't as fancy as other facilities, but it was more modest, and appeared to be a well-run facility. The cost appeared to be more reasonable than other places as well. The pricing was reasonably good and met the needs that one would have without elevated costs. It's a family-run business and they appeared to be quite dedicated and knowledgeable. It looked like they were working to make the residents' experience as nice as possible. The dining room was a relatively small facility, but it looked decent and nice.

I visited Franciscan Court but they didn't have the support for the insulin that Dad needed. However, the visit was very nice. They were helpful, showed me everything, and answered all my questions. It was very clean, and the apartment looked nice. They had an activity center with activities throughout, and I remember seeing a calendar with different items in it. I think they need more nurses and having a registered nurse would be helpful.

I love Franciscan Court because it is a small community with only three floors and 70 patients. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I have seen Dad's menu and it has a variety. They have a bigger meal at lunch and a smaller one for dinner. They have different activities all the time, like bingo, people who come in and play piano, crafts, and field trips. My dad is in a medium-sized, studio apartment and I like it a lot. I would suggest they improve their communication with the patients' families.

The people that work at Franciscan Court show compassion for their residents. The rooms are actually bigger than the one my parents had when they are in the independent living. They have a living room, dining room, refrigerator, microwave, and a large bathroom. They get three meals a day, and my parents love the food. They have board games, movie nights, and a library.

I couldn't be more pleased. The compassion and proffesionalism that the owners and the nursing staff provide for my uncle is outstanding. He is cared for like he is one of there own. The cost is very reasonable for the services the provide. They don't nickel and dime you for every little service that they provide, alot of it is included in the total monthly cost. I did not find another assisted living facility that did that. The facility is located very conviently near a busy intersection where there are a lot of businesses. Everything is not perfect. There are some issues with some CNA'S, but none of them are big, for the most part we , my uncle and I, are pleased with the CNA staff. I would recommend this facility for those who need some help. I would put another family member at this facility if the need arose.

We can't say enough good things about Franciscan Court. Our relative lived there for over 5 years. He was very happy there. He met many new friends. The staff was very good to him. He had his own studio apartment, which gave him his privacy when he wanted, and when he wanted to visit with other residents, there were many common areas where they could visit. He was always happy with the meals that were provided. He especially liked sitting by the pond and watching the fish. That was very peaceful. They have parties celebrating different occasions which all the residents really like. We would, and have, recommended this facility to anyone who is looking for a place for a loved one.
