I went to The Indigo at Bartlett. The staff just wasn't as warm or friendly as the other places we looked at. The facility was nice. I didn't feel the tour was as extensive as the other places. I don't know if it was because they were in transition or what, but it just seemed a little bit rushed. We did see one apartment. It was a studio apartment. It was nice. It was accommodating for senior needs. It was okay. I think they do a nice job. It's just that it didn't work for us. They did have a courtyard. I think I remember a library. They did have activities going on and they seemed like they had a pretty fairly full calendar of activities, but we didn't get to see anything in progress, so I don't know.

My mother was a resident in memory care, and they were excellent. The staff is also excellent and I have nothing but good words for them. She had a private room and it's the same for everybody else. They had entertainment come in, they had therapies, the food was just right there and the employees were excellent.
