My brother was a resident of White Oaks of Spring street for a little over a year. What a wonderful place. He has passed now but he was very happy there. The facility was clean, layout was great for someone with memory issues. The staff was great. They are caring and patient. They treated my brother with dignity and respect. Food was good and he liked the activities they had. Really great place.

Our experience at White Oaks at Spring Street has been all positive. They have great activities and keep my parents busy. They are very hands-on and fun, and the residents seem to like it. The dining room is very clean and very nice. The apartments are spacious and clean. They have games, crafts, music therapy, and parties for Mardi Gras and Super Bowl.

Overall, White Oaks at Spring Street was the best choice out of the ones I've looked just based on the size of the apartment, the services they offer, and the locality and proximity to my house. My mom has just moved in a week ago. The facility is nice and clean. They have bingo, they do manicure with the ladies, and they do outings to restaurants. One of the things I like about White Oaks is that the room is larger. It is more like a studio apartment versus a room. It is more like apartment living.

My dad is in White Oaks for 2 weeks now, but it seems pretty good so far. We chose it because it is pretty close to where I live. It is a dementia care place, and they work with him a lot. The staff is very friendly.

My mother has only been at White Oaks for three weeks, and so far things are going well. She is adapting, and the staff is great. They have a beauty shop, TV room, and another dining room available for family. They have like a craft area and a kitchen that they can cook in. It’s beautiful, immaculate, and brand new. The building itself can house only 30 residents, but I don’t know if that’s considered part of the larger picture which is the Heritage Woods, and the White Oaks, Spring Street specifically is pretty small. I can’t see anything that needs improvement at this point because they’re so new. It is near to some fast food and a little shopping center across the street.
