very clean staff were friend and out going couldn't ask for a better place to get better. Would return if I needed the care again. Excellent nursing and therapy. Beautiful environment and patio area, staff always willing to help out. Didn't have to ask for things many needs were anticipated. Activities were available if you were interested. The nice thing was the religious affiliation and the ability to attend mass if you wanted and receive communion. They kept you informed as you were making progress care conferences. Would recommend this facility to family and friends, I have had several church friends stay here and they all stated the care was excellent. please keep it up you make a difference in peoples lives. Amenities, laundry meals, activities, therapy spacious patio areas. The food was average what you would expect. It isn't like home, but it isn't bad. I got exactly what I anticipated. Iwas there to get better and get home and that is what they did for me they got me up moving and I went home. I didn't even consider rehabilitation until it was mentioned by the case manager, I just assumed I would go home, but when you get older how do you go home after major surgery.

I feel this Facility needs Board of Health to inspect the Quality of food being served.....They need more choices, better variety of salads, more choices of quality bread, better soup and to be made better.....Lets just say it needs and overhaul......I was there for Easter and the food served was horrible and actually made her sick.....At times the food looks old and the ham looked old and had a horrible flavor and the patient gotten sick and was sent to the er had stomach problems......Am tired of informing them about this issue and I hope it gets taken care of or get a Gourmet Chef and pay that person well to do the overhaul in your Kitchen.....People need to eat good for what else do they have besides eating Healthy to maintain their Quality of Life.......Thank You for Reading.....IMPORTANT !

My husband went to to RNRC for rehab after broken hip surgery. Because of other medical issues, he was not able to be in the new rehab wing or on the 1st fl. as he needed more assistance. He arrived there on a Monday evening and by Friday afternoon, his health was so poor that I insisted he be taken back to the hospital ER. He ended up in ICU. They had overmediated him (to keep him quiet) to the point that his lungs were shutting down, his blood sugar was 43, and his was bloated and swollen to the point that his skin burst in several places and bled. He was dropped on the floor as aides tried getting him from chair to bed. He was so lethargic that he could not do any physical therapy. If you or a family member only need rehab, it might be a great place but if there are other issues, I be wary.
