We decided on Regency Manor because it was more of independent living place than the other places we saw. I thought it was great, the people there were very helpful, they seemed to go out of their way, and they're very understanding. It's more of a social place where people look out for each other. It's been refurbished and remodelled, so it's really nice and new. They have a lot of options that you can pay for, and the cost is half as much as the other places. They have bingo, general game time, and they play different games. They have an art room where they knit. The chef accommodates requests for some disabled people, and I thought that was nice.

I visited Regency Manor. The cost was very good. The room was very nice. All updated equipment and access to a washer and dryer. A multiple social rooms, a weight room, and an exercise room. New plan and free internet. Everything was good. I didn't find that there was a single thing wrong with them.

I was very impressed with Regency Manor. It was out of my price range. I was very disappointed I couldn't stay there. I would rather have been there, but as my income grows, I might go there one day. They have everything you need. They have grab bars and rails. They have meal plans available or you can cook in your unit if you want to. They have more or less games nights that I like. It's very clean and very spacious. The courtyard is manicured, but it's mostly indoors. It's like a big hotel actually but well-kept. The staff was not very friendly but very professional. For the apartments, they have different floor plans.

Regency Manor didn't accept us because they said our credit wasn't good, but we're working on our credit with the credit people. We showed them all that, but they still didn't accept us and we don't have a criminal background either, so I don't know what's going on. Everything was OK. It was a nice tour. They had a lot of activities for the elderly and stuff like that, and I felt that it was good. They have bingo, book reading, and stuff like that. The library was nice. They had a little activity bar that you could have a good time at. It was nice. It was clean. The apartment was nice.

My mom liked Regency Manor. We did not have an appointment, but they did accommodate us by showing us a single-bedroom unit that was furnished. It was a kitchen/dining room kind of open concept into the living room. There were a ton of cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave. Going into the living room, there was lots of space. They do supply two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. If you have a larger TV that you would want to bring in, they do allow that and they would mount it for you. The bathroom was very large. There's a small closet in the bedroom and then a larger closet in the bathroom, and a large walk-in shower that my mom liked. They also had accommodations in the bathroom for her to get up and she felt secure when she would take a shower. The director was the one who did the tour. She did a fabulous job. She answered all the questions that we had. There was a great feeling about the place. My mom liked that she was able to keep her own vehicle and have her own things brought in. After we took the tour, she thought that it would be a really good fit for her. We also got to look at the dining room area, which was right there in the lobby. They had a lot of common areas. They had a movie theater area, a puzzle room, a craft room, a workout room, and a lounge that you could reserve if you chose to, and bring in food with your family. They also had storage units in the basement that you could rent. They would accept packages for you and each apartment had its own mailbox. You could order food. They do have certain serving times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And they will also bring it up to your room if you choose to, or you can eat in the dining room. And if you have guests, they too can eat in the dining room and you just pay all a la carte just like you would at a restaurant.

Regency Manor was very clean and it was very nice when I walked in. I liked it, but I can't have a dog there. Shannon showed me all the stuff down at the lower floor with all the crafts and work out area. She was very nice. I like to play cards and they have a place where you could play cards. I also like to do arts and crafts, and they had that too, which I would have really enjoyed.

Regency Manor was just fine. The actual living space was kind of old. Everything else seemed fine. The dining room was quite nice. I know it used to be a hotel. They could have done some updating because the rooms were outdated. The staff was great and showed me around the whole place. She was very nice. They have different rooms for different types of activities.

I love Regency Manor. I like the setup of the apartment and how it's really spacious. The bathroom even worked with people that have a disability or handicap. I just like everything and how they accommodate meals and housekeeping. I like how well kept it is, clean and neat, and how friendly the people were. The staff was really wonderful, very knowledgeable, gave me the information that I needed, and even gave me brochure to take with me. She was explaining to me certain meals that they serve. They also have some that you can choose from if you didn't eat that or like that. They also had certain meals on certain days. You can take advantage of that or you could eat what they were serving for the day. It's so clean and neat. Everything was put in place when you enter the sitting area or the dining area and then down the hall to different apartments, even the outside too. They had the laundry room and housekeeping if you wanted that. It felt homey. The dining room was like home setting restaurant style.

My mom really liked Regency Manor. There was not any pressure added to get her there in a hurry. It was very nice, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. They got us a free lunch, and it was very good. They actually had a special going on until the end of summer or spring. It was like $1,400 or $1,500 a month, and my mom got to choose where she wanted to live. We saw two different types of rooms that were available. It was either downstairs or upstairs. Mom wanted a room with a view or trees in front of her window. The accommodations went really well. If we decide to put her in an independent living that would be the place we will choose. It felt homey there.

Regency Manor O Fallon was great and it would have been good for somebody who didn't need as much oversight as my mother-in-law. It was also more expensive than she could afford. The staff was great and very pleasant. It's located in a very weird area; it's right next to another long-term facility. From the outside it looks really dated, but inside it's nice. It's also in a corner, which could be good and could be bad. It makes it harder to walk to anything. Outside it's clean, but it looks dated compared to the other buildings next to it, so there's no visual appeal from the outside. The person I was visiting is an older fellow and his main complaint was what they served. But it was a clean place, they waited on him well, and he was able to get up and get around.

I liked Regency Manor, and I thought it might work for my mother. The apartment is a regular one-bedroom with a very nice floorplan, a nice bathroom with handicap assist, and a complete kitchen for cooking. I like that. They have a recreational area in the lower level. I met the young man that was managing the place, and he was very nice. I saw the dining area, and it was nice. The facility was nice, clean, and well furnished, with a lot of parking spaces. It was very convenient as well. It's close to shopping areas and there's a hospital almost right across the street from them.

My dad is moving into Regency Manor, the people I met, the manager and the director were very cordial, very helpful, and inciteful. They made us comfortable and welcome, its a nice place. They dont have activities planned, the residents get together and do things, but its their choice, and its not structured or setup by Regency Manor. Its a very nice building, very neat, organized, well-kept, and welcoming. The dining area is nice, but I was not too happy that when you walk in, you have the lobby, and the dining area right there. I would prefer it to be a little more private, and not there when you walk in. Its a new facility.

I really liked Regency Manor a lot. It was beautiful and everybody was very kind. The lady showed me all around and took me to all three different floors of the building. The security was so good. The dining area was beautiful. Everything about the Regency Manor was nice. There was a really nice parking lot.
