Terrible! After moving my Dad into Elevate, I was unable to see the actually rooms when i would come into town because of COVID. Lisandra is terrible with communication. Josh is all about the money, no one cares! I think the staff are overworked. Even the local Social Security office has nothing but terrible things to say about them. I finally was able to move my Dad and got to see the conditions. Oh my gosh! It looks like a prison camp. The bathroom had mold growing in the sink from a leaky facet the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. My Dad's bag was still packed. I dont think he had taken a shower or brushed his teeth in the 2 months he was there. or ever changed his clothes. He said he felt so uncomfortable he didnt even want to answer his phone. What a nightmare. The state needs to come in and check this terrible place out!

Do not send your loved ones here. Please. My mother was there for 4 1/2 months. She was getting better and stronger prior to being transferred here. She deteriorated quickly. They couldn’t help to keep her phone charged to communicate with us when we aren’t allowed to visit. She was over 2 hours away from us out of state and they isolated her. Terrible. Disgusting. My mother died and I blame them. They left her there. She was fine at LG and when she goes back it’s a 180 difference. She was terrified and alone. We picked up her belongings and pictures were still wrapped and she never got to see them, clothes still in original bags, books, coloring crafts still in packaging untouched. UNREAL. I HOPE THEY NEVER END UP IN THEIR OWN FACILITY! We were all she had. I lost 3 siblings already and my mom Fought so hard. When you take away someone’s will to love like Elevate did to her.......I hope others never deal with the pain our family has endured.

My wife was sent here 4 1/2 months ago. She passed away a couple days ago at Advocate Lutheran hospital after being taken by paramedics from Elevate Care. These people wouldn’t even help her keep her phone charged so she could stay in touch with her family. The truth is I believe they do this deliberately. When you all you’ll need to keep calling til someone finally answers and then you get transferred to a different extension to leave a message. My wife was on a respirator and laid there for over 40 minutes before the paramedics got there to help. Unfortunately the damage was not survivable. When I picked up her belongings the pictures we took her were still wrapped in a box after 4 1/2 months. Where is the humanity and compassion they claim to have.

If I could give this nursing home a 0 star I would. I think the nurses are over worked and not attentive enough to patients. It is impossible to get through most of the time. Sometimes you get hung up on or just transferred to a voice mail. Many calls were made to social worker and administrator. They really don’t care, they act like they will fix the problem but never do. My father laid on the ground his first night waiting for someone to help him. Luckily he called us and we had to threaten to call police with a wellness check for them to get to him ASAP. It’s ridiculous. I think at times they would take his phone so he couldn’t call us. But how could we ever prove anything when we are not allowed to see him. His health deteriorated in a matter of 12 days in this place and was transferred to LG where he died 5 days later! Do not send your loved ones here!

My father is in Elevate Care Niles. It's good. The staff is sometimes hard to reach during certain hours, but they're responsive. I know he's eating fine, and it's a great value for the money.

Glenbridge fits my mother the best. The rooms and amenities are perfect, and it is perfectly located near a shopping center. The staff is good. What’s more important is that they speak Russian, and they’re very caring.
