My friend was at Fifth Season at Radcliffe Street. She has since passed away. What I liked most about it was the fact that there were nice little apartments in there for one person, plus more other people there that you could talk to because I tend to get lonely. There are people I could talk with and they're closer to my own age. Plus, they cooked for me, so I didn't have to do that myself. But I still had the ability to have something in my little apartment. I didn't see a whole lot of anything that I didn't like. That would be one of the places I would consider going into. They have a beauty salon that comes in and does the hair and stuff for them. They do their laundry. They help with room cleaning if we need that. They have community meals. If you have a car, you go anywhere you want to. You didn't have to stay confined to the facility. My friend seemed happy at the time. She had people she could talk to. Sometimes they had activities that she liked to be in with, but not always. She seemed pretty comfortable there. There's a lot of space in their dining area. It's a nice big area. They could do meals in there and they also do activities in there. It's a nice building, but the inside could use a little paint on the apartment doors and stuff because it's an older facility.

I was very impressed with Fifth Season at Radcliffe Street. The residents appeared very, very happy and very well taken care of. The staff showed me the different types of rooms that were available, so I could compare, and she was very friendly. She showed me the exercise area and the dining area. The whole place was clean, and everything smelled great. It was spacious and easy to navigate through. If I had a walker or if I was using a wheelchair, everything was easily accessible. It just really looked homey, where you could relax.

Fifth Season at Radcliffe Street was beautiful. They only had 20 residents. So it's much smaller, but it's also private pay. The lady that I talked to was the administrator and she gave me the information that I needed about the cost. They were very forthcoming, very nice, and very accommodating. The rooms were also very nice. We could get the apartment set up where my sister would still feel like she's at home. I ran into some of the residents in the hallways and they were all calm and seemed very happy there. They have a lot of activities. They have outings, exercises, and puzzles to keep them busy.

Fifth Season at Radcliffe Street is very cozy and homey. We felt very welcomed, at home, and very comfortable there. The staff was very friendly. They introduced themselves as soon as we came in. The lady that does the admissions came in and met us. She was very informative. This was our first choice until we went to the other facility. We were told that the cook knows the residents' likes or preferences and cooks specifically for them. I didn't observe any activities, but they do have an activity schedule and things to do with the residents. They are very COVID-minded now that the restrictions are coming down, and they had no COVID in there. They did things with the residents, but they made it so that it wasn't a lot. The rooms vary. They are spacious and nice. They have different options available.

It's been a good experience having my mom at Fifth Season at Radcliffe Street so far. The staff is really nice and the rooms are definitely more than adequate for her. I like that the community is small enough, so it's like a family there. The atmosphere is light and comfortable there, and the residents can go in and out of their apartments. It's just so pretty inside, and the dining area is very nicely set up. I have only eaten there with mom once but it's very good food, they have a variety of different things too.

Fifth Season at Radcliffe Street was very good. They allowed us to ask questions and showed us around. The people there were very inviting and we were pleased. We didn't have any issues.

I have just moved into Fifth Season at Radcliffe Street. The people are so nice here. They come in and get my trash. They have 24-hour staffing. They provide home-cooked meals in a social setting and assistance with activities of daily living however you need it. They have comfortable apartments with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. All the utilities are included. The staff is very nice. They tell me, "Anything you want, you just let us know and we'll do it for you." They're very accommodating here. Also, just about every single day, we have something going on here. It has been a wonderful place.

Our aging family member adjusted quickly and easily to this assisted living facility because we did our homework before hand and chose the facility because it 'matched' his needs and wants. Our family member has never complained and frequently tells us how happy and satisfied he is living there. He has gained weight, participates in the activities that he is interested in, and is so glad he doesn't have to cook and do laundry anymore etc. We like the rapport with the staff members and were made to feel welcome from the day we initially visited the facility to check it out and that welcome continues. It has been almost one year since we moved our family member in. We feel a sense of relief knowing that he is in a safe and secure place, that he is treated with dignity and is cared for. The residents are not neglected in any way that we can tell. We feel that the staff work together for the benefit of each and every resident. We have gotten to know some of the residents and they look forward to seeing us when we come to visit our family member. It is like one big happy family yet each resident has their own independent living spaces. They each have their own mailbox with a key, Residents are allowed to have birthday parties etc., hang whatever they want on their walls, etc. in other words making the facility just like a real home compared to an institution. We have a sense of relief knowing that our family member is in a safe and secure place. We also like the way they price the care. Everything is included in one price except his haircuts. Most of all, we like knowing that he is completely happy and satisfied living there and continues to frequently tell us so. We have recommended this place to several others and know of one resident who has moved in because of our recommendation. Fifth Season on Radcliffe, keep up the good work!
