My wife has been a client of Kelly Home Health care since 2016 to the present date (10/2022) We have experienced true genuine and professional service. If there’s ever a concern no matter the topic, Kelly Home Health care employees have taken the time to respond. The staff has proven to be knowledgeable. During this pandemic, Kelly’s employees have been very respectful of our health concerns.We appreciate the care rendered by each .department. My wife as well as myself had been completely satisfied. Since being a client of Kelly Home Healthcare my wife’s health has been monitored for the better. Service being rendered is a weight off my mind . I don’t worry that employee will not show up or isn’t qualified to perform the necessary task each day. They have proven to be very reliable.

Kelly was used for home care for my mother in 2005. At the time we did not know that she was in the early stages of Alzheimer's. At first we had the Aides come in to be with here during the day. She was a very independent woman and fought against this at first. However, the ladies were very patient and very kind towards her and that helped to have her give in. One lady in particular was very good with her and is still friends of our family. My mother could be a hard person to handle sometimes so these ladies had their work cut out for them. But, they all handled it quite well and she got to be quite comfortable with them. Also, my brother was paying for this and he was working out of the country. I was handling things here. Sometimes the money situation got screwed up where the funds didn't make it into our stateside account to pay on time. The manager that I would speak with was very understanding and very helpful. All in all, Kelly was a good experience for us. When my mother's Alzheimer's became worse, my brother retired so he could come home and take care of her. We thank Kelly for their use up to that time because I had a husband with a stroke which curtailed my help with taking care of our mother more than I did. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly to anyone needing such service.

I interviewed and hired Kelly Home Care Services to provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week care for my Mother that had Alzheimer's. The overall rating for the agency was good. During the initial interview, they were very knowledgeable of my support requirements and provided excellent examples of care that my Mother would require as the Alzheimer's progressed. I had limited time to make a decision because when I found out my Mother had Alzheimer's, I had to leave to go back overseas the following week. The first person that they provided was excellent and was very responsive to my Mother's requirements. They had some support staff that were excellent and some support staff that were found sleeping on the job. The challenge for me was that I was not in country and could not properly supervise them. I felt if they had more direct supervision or home reviews of their staff, it would have improved their services. I employed them for over 2 years.
