I had two aunts who stayed at Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields. They never complained about the food. The amenities were really good. They had a lot of programs for the seniors. They had a craft room and woodworking for the guys there. They had laundry facilities on every floor. They had a workout area, a library, and a theater area. The staff who gave the tour was very nice. They're great. I think they're a little pricey though.

I went to Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields. I enjoyed the walkthrough. They were very nice to me and invited me back for something they were having. The room that I looked at was a studio. They showed me the library, the dining area, and the courtyard. I got a chance to meet a couple of the residents there. They even gave me a little snack. The tour guide talked to me about laundry and where they take you to places on certain days of the week. I enjoyed the whole thing. It was nice.

I toured Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields. Their primary focus is independent living. They have a small area for assisted living. I took a walk-through and had it explained to me, but the focus was independent living. The tour was very thorough. They're putting in a new bistro area. They were updating their facilities, replacing carpets, and doing paint in the rooms. There was more sense of community there than I saw at the other place. I walked past during a lunch meal, and there were quite a few people who were chatting with one another. They have the same amenities as the other facilities. They can meet the spiritual needs of several different types of denominations or church. They have games available if the seniors want them. They could come and go as they please. What I liked is they have buttons in the rooms for the residents to do a daily check-in to make sure that everything's going okay. They just go in, they hit a button. If they don't hear from them by 10:00, they call them, and if they don't answer their phone, then somebody physically goes to their rooms, so I like that. They have pull cords for safety and I like that, too. They're under construction but what I saw was pretty good.

I loved Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields. It was beautiful. The decor was beautiful. It felt warm. I was greeted by a friendly person at the front desk. The staff members were really in good spirits. There didn't seem to be like anyone with depressing looks on their faces. It felt warm and it felt like they were doing something they truly like. The staff during the tour was really helpful. She kept in contact with me. She even asked questions about some of my dad's favorite food. She met him for lunch and she brought his favorite salad and dessert. The menu posted looked good. The layout and the upkeep looked nice.

I liked Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields. It was really good. I thought that the staff was nice. I spoke to quite a few staff members there as I toured with the lady. She was very interactive with the staff and the residents as she walked me around and toured me. I spoke to a couple of residents and to a couple of staff and that's a good facility. It was clean and very well-kept. The residents seemed to be enjoying themselves. One of the residents that was there was 99 years old and was rolling around in her rollator and she enjoyed living there. So I took that as a good positive sign and I would give them a high rating.

My friend decided to stay at Sunrise of Olympia Fields. It is very well managed, and they take a lot of interest in what is going to satisfy the residents that live there. It has a very friendly atmosphere there. The people are on a first-name basis with the caregivers. All of the employees have been very helpful and supportive to the residents there, and they seem to have adequate staff. They have a lot of extra functions, just special little events, like an ice cream social or something that they have in the afternoon occasionally. They have an exercise area, a library, computer banks where people can go and use computers, and quite a few lounge areas where people can sit. The dining room is always very nicely presented to the residents and it seems to be very organized.

Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields was nice, but it wasn't as nice as the one we chose. The staff was nice, but I didn't think they were as helpful as the ones in the other place. We looked at their townhouse. It was nice, but I didn't like the setup as much as the cottage that we found. The layout of the townhouse was a little strange.

Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields was beautiful. Everything was beautiful. I don't have anything bad to say about Sunrise. The receptionist was warm and greeted us when we walked in. The place was very clean, and the people seemed friendly. The different amenities that they offer were outstanding. It was a great experience. After the tour was over, the young lady who took us on the tour gave me banana bread, which was outstanding. She said the cook makes the banana bread every morning and it was too cute to even eat. The staff told me all about the different things they have. They have movie night every night, restaurant-style dining, and coffee 24 hours a day in the lobby. They got two ponds out there, ducks swimming, and a lot of nature scenery around. It's just beautiful. They have the games and stuff you could play and the bus will take you to the grocery store five days a week. They even have a primary care doctor on-site, so you wouldn't have to travel. If you wanted to change primary care doctors, you could and you would stay right there because the doctor comes right to that facility, so I thought that was a plus. I just wished I had more money because then I could move into one of their townhomes, but that's over $4000 a month, so I couldn't afford it.

Sunrise of Olympia Fields was very nice, clean, and bright. There was a lot of light in the building. There weren't a lot of people sitting around looking like they were old. The apartment was bright and sun-shiny. You have a washer and dryer in your apartment, but it included the meal plan, which I wasn't interested in. The staff who gave me the tour was just delightful, and they did a nice follow up.

We had a very nice tour experience at Sunrise of Olympia Fields. The people were very receptive to showing us around. It looked like they had a very kind staff. The rooms were very large and adequate. I looked at the studio, and it looked very nice. It had a large closet and a large bathroom. It seemed like a nice, bright, and well taken care of facility. It was a busy place because they also had the other side, which were the senior apartments. There were a lot of people coming and going there. It was a nice combination.

I toured Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields. I was quite impressed with the up-keep of the place and what is offered. It is very accessible to the people living there. Everything is accessible. I saw both a studio and a one bedroom. They were quite nice. The sizing is very good for a senior person to be able to move around in. It was very clean. It was bright, which is one of the things I'm looking for. They had activity rooms and a lot of activities. They had a game room. I was really impressed. I know people who live in senior communities, and they were not as nice as what I saw yesterday.

The executive director of Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields, Lisa, met with us on the tour and she's very friendly and very patient. She explained everything and answered all the questions that we had. The facility was nice and pleasant too. The rooms were very nice and so, it was a very pleasant experience.

The person who interviewed me at Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields was very helpful. It's a woman that had been there for some years, she was very accommodating. She took us around the place and to the dining room and introduced us to a few people. We were shown both single and 2-bedroom apartments and the community facilities. I also asked about assisted living because I was interested to know about the progression of care. So she took us over to see the assisted living and introduced us to the nurse and folks in charge. That was a good impression all the way around. There were a couple of times when the lady that was taking us around found a paper or something on the floor in the hallway, and picked it up and carried it away. So that impressed me; somebody might have dropped it. And so It was quite clean and quite bright. She showed us a menu that looked good. There were some ladies playing cards. There wasn't anybody in the physical therapy room when we went in.

My mother was at Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields for four years. She was there from November 2016 to September of 2020. She moved to assisted living for a week. It was expensive. She's quite capable of doing everything, it's just that she has dementia, and it got worse when they locked them down and made them stay in their apartments. It was a lovely facility. They had a lot of activities to keep them going daily. They had a board where they could look and see where they wanted to go and what was available to them. The meals were decent. The residents there were quite friendly. My mother enjoyed the facility because they had two courtyards, one with a garden and one where you can go out and sit or just walk. The difficulty came when she was restricted to her apartment because of Covid and that kinda kicked the dementia up. She was unable to socialize because they couldn't even come out to eat. They would bring in the meals, and she was also complaining about the meals. My mother was in a studio apartment on the main level, but that apartment got flooded twice. I told them that she got to get off this floor until they all could correct what the problem was, so they moved her to the third floor. She said she had a nicer view on the third floor because she was up high and she could see more. There were no problems until the Covid. Her studio had one main room with a kitchen and a bath and that's what she needed. They had studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms. They had an exercise room, a hair salon, a library, a little general store, and workshops for guys who like to work with their hands and build stuff. They had a lot of amenities. They had villas, which were like little townhouses with 2-car garage. A lot of the people there had their pets. They take pets up to a certain weight limit in the apartments and then if it's larger than 30 pounds, they have to get a villa. They had a very accommodating and friendly atmosphere. The staff members were very patient when my mother started having her problem. They had a doctor on-staff, a doctor who comes in many days a week, and a dentist who comes in many days a week. They had a pretty decent variety of food until Covid.

Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields was a very nice community. Their apartments were very nice. They have a dining room, hair salon, laundry facilities, activities for the residents and church services. They also have entertainment, church services, and there are also activities like an art class. The staff is very friendly.

Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields is a great community. We had a meal there and tried the food, and it would come highly recommended by me for anybody who wants to go there. The staff who gave us the tour was extremely knowledgeable about the community and all the processes within the building. They have exercise programs, art programs, various trips scheduled if people want to go on if they want to like day trips to restaurants or shopping centers, you name it. They were just basic things they have at assisted living. The place itself is very well-maintained.

I went to Sunrise Villa Olympia Fileds. It was wonderful, and I have decided to make that my future home. I will go there Friday to put down a deposit and save my space. They have activities from 6:00 a.m. to midnight. They have a catholic mass every Sunday, and that made my day. They have computers, a reading area, a lending library, beauty shop, nail salon, and they serve three meals a day in the dining room, which you can choose from off a menu. I talked to the food supervisor, and they do special diets for people who have needs. The apartments were gorgeous, they had walk-in showers, washers and dryers on every floor, plus there's space in your unit for one, so you can have a stackable if you want. It's a beautiful facility, and it's only about three miles from my house.

We placed my mother-in-law in Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields. It was very good, and the staff was very helpful, kind, and understanding. The atmosphere is excellent, it had lots of socialization, and her room is spotless. Everything was brand-new, they put new carpeting in, the room was freshly painted, and they say they do that for every new person that comes in. It's very up-to-date. She moved in May 1st. They have a lot of activities that are very doable, they have activities purposeful for their age group, and not above them. The dining area was very nice, welcoming, and the staff was very friendly.

I'm quite impressed with Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields, and I'm pretty happy here. There are a few things though that could be better, like the food is sometimes cold, and I've sent it back several times to have it reheated. All in all though, the food has been good. When my granddaughter and I were having the tour, all of our questions were answered better than average. I go to their gym and workout every day.

I liked Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields a lot. They have individual bungalows. Each bungalow has a garage and they shovel the snow and keep up the lawn for you, but in order to have the meals, you have to go to the main building, and in bad weather you don't want to get dressed and go outside. The bungalows were really nice. You have your own washer and dryer and an attached garage space. It was a good location because it's right at two major streets. They have physical therapy, a media room with a lot of computers that you're free to use, and a meal program, but all that's in the main building. It's like living in a little cul-de-sac with each little house, but you have to go to their main building, and that was the downfall of that for me. They have a movie theater there as well.
