My aunt moved here. We chose this place because it was the only one in Illinois that could take her with the bedsores that she had and they have a sheltered license. The rehab facility that she was at connected me to a person who knew about them, and that's where she ended up going. The facility is clean. The staff is nice. They have chair exercises, crafts, and bingo. My aunt's been working on a 1000-piece puzzle with several of the ladies there. They have outings, but they're bus is broken down right now, so she hasn't been able to go on any outings. They have spa days and there's a person that comes in to do their hair every other week. So, they've got quite a bit and they're great.

It looked nice. The rooms were nice, and they're a good size. They were talking about some of the activities that they do, crafts, and group activities. They showed me a shared room and they showed me a studio. The staff was very nice.

It was nice. They offered a high level of care, just a step down from a skilled nursing facility. The facility was nice. The studio they showed was nice. It seemed like a decent place. Everything was furnished. The staff members answered all the questions. They were very helpful. I think they had a patio.

I'm planning to move here by April 16. It's a newer facility, and the rooms are fine. The thing that's an issue for me -- because I'm in a wheelchair -- is the bathrooms are varied. Some of the rooms have a lip going into the shower, which is not good for a wheelchair, and some of them don't. The places were very nice, the staff was very good, and the way they checked with me was very nice. The dining area was fine for me -- definitely OK. Everything looks good there. They have everything spaced nicely, and the dining room is very open. I was surprised how nicely they checked your temperature and did all of those COVID restrictions before you even came into the main lobby, so they caught you when you came in between those double doors. That's a nice space. When you come in you see right away there's a concierge, and you can already see the eating facility and huge day rooms. It's open. There are no small, little rooms, and then there's a library. They interviewed me in the library. I did get interviewed by a nurse, and I've gone back twice so far. They're being very thorough with my doctors. Everybody is being vaccinated now. This was fine for what I needed.
