The worst nightmare. My mother, a long-term resident, aged over 90, tested positive for Covid 19 in this 'facility' 12 days ago and the administration DID NOT EVEN contact us, her family. 2) a nurse told me that she 'has a little cold' which was a lie, period. She's in isolation. 3) the claim on their website that each resident has a phone in their room is misleading; they pass around a common cordless phone to patients, most likely one of the means of transmission. apart from infected staff. I'd hoped that their protective measures ie banning visitors, would be effective, but apparently not.

I am a friend of a resident of Waterfront Terrace. In general, I thought the facility was adequate. The grounds of the facility are small but clean. The common areas of the facility are nice but not many things going on... The residents' rooms are well kept, smelled nice but with no bath (they're located in the hallways) supposedly a safety issue. The staff and management of the facility are very service oriented. I think the residents get exceptional care there. While I was there, I noticed that residents hailed the food as above average and in general liked the facility. Giving Waterfront Terrace 3 stars. Overall, Waterfront Terrace is a nice place to live, and I would recommend it to everyone.

My friend and I went to see him one afternoon when he asked us to come visit. Nothing about the facility was fascinating or impressive. It seemed like the usual facility that I've visited in the past. The staff was there to do their job. They greeted me kindly, but they weren't as attentive towards my friend's father as I would like to see. I noticed that when he called for them a couple of times, it took them awhile to respond. Luckily it wasn't an emergency, but what if it was? We hung around for a bit and played some board games.
