I was at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab for two months. Everything was fine. The nurses were wonderful. The only problem was the caseworker kind of tricked me into saying all the places accept me, but they don't accept me at all. I was supposed to have a home health nurse and a caregiver, and they didn't accept me. Now I call her and she won't talk to me. That's the only problem I had with that facility. The nurses and everybody did their job. They were friendly to me. The therapy was very good. They're very nice people. It's just they sent me home kind of with nothing because I have to search now for home health. They shouldn't have sent me home with nothing to look forward to. Once you leave, that's it, they don't talk to you anymore. The staff was wonderful. I would give the nurses a 5, but for the doctors I would give a 1. I did not appreciate the doctors at all with medication, caring for me, and listening to me. The cleanliness was good. Medicaid paid for it.
