My mother is at Beacon TLC Health Center. It's a lot better than where she was. Due to COVID, I can't be in the room with her, they have to bring her down to me, so I can't see how she's treated in the room. But so far, I haven't had any issues with my mother being dirty or anything like that. So, it is an improvement. The visit takes place in the dining area. I get to sit down with my mother. All the staff is good. So far, they're compassionate and cordial. The front desk people are nice. They're trying to do physical therapy. But my mother is 87 years old, so it's a little hard for her to do therapy. It's a little outdated, too.

Roaches, shabby, depressing. Food is bland, frequently inedible. Nurses and CNA's are good. Administration sucks. Noisy from loud staff to crying screaming patients.

I have a loved one currently there. Actually not now they are in another hosp due to the neglect of the medical staff at Brightview. They failed to notice that my loved one had been very ill for awhile.. The facility is located on a side street all you do is sign in and then take an elevator to the flr/room your visiting no name tag or anything. Strange no one asks where you are going it's like anyone could walk in. What was noticeable to me right away was it seems like they don't seem to motivate the patients no one comes in throughout the day or night ( only to give meds) they let patients sit in their room with the doors closed and the lights off all day if they wish. Not even making sure that their daily needs are met like washing and grooming themselves. Some of the staff are ok but when asking a question to some about your loved one you get they don't know or just ignored once in a great while do you get an answer. This is really dis heartening when you trust educated. trained professional staff to care for your loved one and this happens.. Think twice!!!

This facility is very attractive and well kept. While there, I noticed how neat the wheel chairs were arranged on the medical floor. The staff was very attentive to the residents. There was a fresh smell thru out the facility, and the colors were very warm and inviting in the resident's rooms. In general, I would rank this facility 4 out of stars.
