This is a great caring place they take care of your family member really well there's nothing that the nursing team physical therapy team and the whole administrative team wouldn't do for your family member I appreciate everything that they've done for my husband so I would recommend you give them a try

A loved one second day at facility for Physical Therapy and I'm already not pleased, bad customer service just getting transferred by staff just to talk to my loved one. Breakfast not served yet at 9:20am and dinner was served at 7:03pm last night. Low volume on their phone, can hardly hear and it hasn't been 24 hours yet!

This place is exceptional. I have yeto to find anything I don't like. It is providing the best care to my loved onew. The staff responds in timely fashion to residents and family. The facility is clean. The diaylasis area is well manned and clean. I have no complaints.

Aperion International is wonderful; that’s why this is my first choice for my mom, but it’s very hard to get into. It’s not just the cleanliness; it was aesthetically very nice. The size of the rooms, minimal odor, and it seemed that they really try hard to keep the people engaged, which is another important feature of a nursing home. And I knew of some other person who was there, and they’ve been there for about 4 or 5 years so that told me they must have been very happy. I can’t think of anything that I really didn’t like.

International was convenient for us. The staff was fine, and the food and dining area were very nice.

My father was in this nursing home, I personally am disguised with the care they provide to our poor senior. This place needs to replace the most of their employees starting with the assistant administrator, social worker and some nurses. Senior are not bathe regularly, they failed to change their diapers. The call buzzer rings and the nurses and cna ignore the call. The social worker transfers the seniors to a different facility without notifying the family member would not recommend this facility. No compassion for our seniors. this place should be close down was report to the state has many violations. doesnt desire any stars but had to put one star for this to posted

My family member just had a knee replaced. She went to this rehab facility for therapy. Everone was so nice and caring. It was beautiful and clean. She had a private suite with her own shower, telephone, cable TV and sitting for our family. She was up and walking in no time and was home in about two weeks.

I would have wanted to know that the staff Director of Nursing/consultant, would have called a local relative before filing a missing persons report to the Chicago Police Department on the fourth occasion that our family member was taken out for a holiday dinner. I would also have wanted to know of a procedure and form to be signed when taking a "resident" off site each time our family member went for outings with the same relative every single time since November. I would have wanted to know that a heating pad left directly on the skin and underneath the person of a resident w/o staff knowledge, when reported would have resulted in a physical exam within 8 hours. I would have expected that the physicians notes would be made on the chart for all residents monthly. I would not expect that three months would pass and the lack of notes would represent anything other than omission of such compliance.
