My aunt, Gert, was a resident of Golden Crest Morrow for 7-8 years. During her time there she had quite a few health challenges and the staff was always helpful in helping me provide her with the best care. During the pandemic, my aunt was lucky enough to never catch COVID, but during the lockdown process the staff kept me updated on her health. Her last few days on hospice the Director and staff were more than accommodating in allowing my family and me to visit my aunt at anytime until she passed. I am more than grateful for the staff at Golden Crest

I like how the staff at GoldenCrest at Morrow interacted with the residents. You can tell that they're very well trained and comfortable with being around dementia patients and handling them when they're getting upset or if they're confused. The executive director seemed to be experienced. She had a lot of knowledge about dementia and she also has experience with Kaiser Insurance, so that's really helpful, too. I really like that they have a lake where the residents can fish, rather than just having a courtyard. They just need to update some of the outdoor amenities.

I ruled GoldenCrest Assisted Living at Morrow out. The price was fine, but the facility was old and dark, and the residents seemed to be out of it and not really engaged. The rooms were old and rundown. They had common rooms, but nothing really nice. The dining area was open air and nice. They had a lake over there.

I would highly recommend GoldenCrest Assisted Living at Morrow. It was a very caring and loving place. There were two separate wings on either side, one for those who can go freely and one shut doors where the residents stay on that side. There were two separate kitchens. Each resident had her own room and bathroom. The service was excellent, and I had no complaints. The food was awesome. There was a lady who's been cooking there for about seven or eight years and cooked very good food. Every Tuesday, there's a group that comes in to sing songs and spend time with the residents. They played bingo and memory games, too.

GoldenCrest Assisted Living at Morrow was a nice facility, but it was expensive and I just couldn't afford it. It was accessible to me and the rooms were nice.

GoldenCrest Assisted Living at Morrow is not remote, but it gives you more of a secluded and nature-like feeling when you go there. You're not far from Walmart and any shopping area. The rooms in the memory care side are like small apartments, and I like the way they were set up. They had a showcase before you go in to the room, and that was nice. I have a friend who has a parent there, and they're very pleased. They're not overpriced, and they're right where you expect them -- about $3400 range which is average.

My brother has a feeding tube, and the problem with Golden Crest is they do not accept that kind of client. Most of the rooms have two beds in one room and are quite clean and neat. The staff is at least a 4 since they are nice. I like the view of the facility and the hygiene as everything is clean in that facility. They were very friendly. I was very impressed.

GoldenCrest at Morrow is a lovely place. The staff was wonderful, friendly, do everything they are supposed to do, and take good care of my friend. They take their residents out to lunch once in a while. My friend's room is smaller than in other facilities, but it is very nice. The cost is a little bit less than the other facilities I have visited.

Golden Crest was a very nice place. It was excellent for my mother-in-law. She was there for almost 4 years. They looked after her, and they were very attentive. The people were very nice. They would take patients out for dinner at least once a month, and we could go with them. They also had many activities.

I think that GoldenCrest is a wonderful assisted living facility. The grounds are always well manicured and the building always looks nice. When you walk into the front door, it feels really warm. The staff has always been really nice and it seems as if they love their job. Any questions or concerns that I may have, the staff is happy to answer. My grandmother loves to keep her hair nice, so the beauty shop that is located at the facility made the experience even better. The individual rooms are really cozy and private. Although spending time in the public areas of the building with the other residents is always nice, it is good for my grandmother to have her own personal room to go to. I originally felt bad about putting my grandmother in an assisted living home, but GoldenCrest has made me feel at ease, and my grandmother enjoys it.

I volunteered on the weekend with my church. Which happened to be the same weekend they were taking a trip to the Atlanta Zoo. I must say the staff and security were very strict on keeping all the seniors together. They made sure everyone was well feed and taken care of during the trip and that no one was over heated or dehydrated. When they ran out of water bottles a few staff members were even so kind to pay for some water bottles from the zoo for everyone!. When we got back to the center I saw staff helping the seniors who went on the trip. They cleaned them and watched tv once more before the last meal.
