I went to Carriage Crossing Mt Zion. The tour was good. The staff was very polite. I was surprised about the size of the facility. It was much larger than it appeared from the outside. It was very clean, although they were going through some construction. It's just refurbishing the rooms. It seemed almost seamless. You couldn't tell that they were doing it, but that's what was going on. There was no additional noise or anything of that nature. It was being done in a very professional way, and the staff was very professional. The residents have the option for shared and private rooms. They showed me both dining rooms for the ones that had memory care, and both were very nice.

What I liked best about Carriage Crossing Mt. Zion was the level of care that the staff members had. It didn't matter whether they were a receptionist or maybe one of the techs. What I was looking for was how they treated the residents. The place is much smaller. It is one level, which is what I like because it is more open and not as confusing. With what we have seen of the facility, we liked it. That was our first choice for my mom. But because of how they rated my mom and her husband's level of care, the cost was too much. The rooms were small. They had some larger rooms, but it was pricey. The way it looked and the level of care of the staff, it would have been worth it.

What I like best about Carriage Crossing at Mt. Zion is that it was small and they had nice, clean rooms. People seemed nice. It just seems like a nice place. The guy who gave the tour knew a lot. He knew what he was talking about. He was very friendly and professional, and he answered all of our questions well quickly.

Our tour of Carriage Crossing Mt. Zion went fine and we liked it. What I liked best was the people. They were personable and helpful. They had a really good personality in regards to dealing with us. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The place was clean, and the building structure seemed to work well. They had a nice courtyard. I felt that it was nice enough for them to be able to kind of go outside and fellowship together. The rooms were very small. They seemed smaller than what I'd seen at other places.

I met with Eric and he was the one who gave me a tour at Carriage Crossing Mt. Zion. He was very detailed. He explained the menu and showed me the rooms. He did a brilliant job. He was very knowledgeable and spoke well of the company also. If I had my way, I would love to put my friend there, but unfortunately he cannot afford it. It's nice. The place looked good. It was clean. The staff was friendly. It was quiet. They have a beauty salon, a library, a big hall for dining, and a big space at the back where they said they do barbecue. The kitchen was very clean. I didn't see a swimming pool though. If the pool was there, that would be good. All the residents looked good. The staff were strolling with them and pushing them in their wheelchairs, so I think that's all you need.

I visited them. They were very nice, and they said that the residents don't have to just stay back there in their rooms all the time. Sometimes they get to go places. It doesn't look old, and it was really nice. The rooms that the staff showed me, he said they were redoing it so it would be newer if my cousin moved in there. Also, I love that they would go all the way over to where my cousin is in Kansas and make an assessment. They do have a garden patio. Also, the doctor comes into the place once a month, and they would order the prescriptions for my cousin to be sent there. The lady at the desk and the man that gave me the tour were very nice. He said that I was on the schedule, but he didn't even receive the notice that it was supposed to be rescheduled until after the time had already passed. Somehow, they put the wrong date. He was very friendly and nice. We just walked through the memory care.

I went here. I really liked it. The only reason why it's not in my final three is because of the location, but it was a very nice place. The staff was very friendly. Everything was in line with what I was looking for, for my mother. The daily menu that I saw, I think I saw some residents there, and I asked if they were happy, and they said they were happy there. The building was clean and it was nice. I saw two staff members and they were friendly and knowledgeable.

I love everything about them. They have a nice garden. They have good food. It looks like it was a restaurant staff situation. It was very nice. The tour was wonderful. They were great. The facility was beautiful. They did outings. They have a lot of activities. The rooms were very nice. They had a private and semi-private, and both were beautiful.

Everything about the tour we had with them was great. The admission officer walked us through the facility, and she was great too. The rooms were nice, and it appears that the residents were well taken care of. All the staff greeted them when they were walking around, and from what we understand, there are a lot of activities that they have as well. So, we were extremely happy with what we saw.

The director at here was great and very informative. Once I started to speak about what I was looking for and what I needed for my dad, she agreed that it's not the place for him and it's too restrictive for his needs at the moment. She was very helpful in explaining what they could offer and what was possible at that location. She said that some of their residents still drive, and they can come and go at their leisure. But at memory care, they have locks. She showed me a room which I thought looked nice. It looked more like a room and less like an apartment. Both assisted living and memory care are housed in the same building, but they're on different wings. We walked throughout the grounds, it's not a huge facility. The staff I talked to said "This facility might not be good for you. However, here are a few more options that you might like." This place was beautiful, it's nice cadence and my knowledge was beautiful.

I liked them. It was spacious, and there weren't people sitting all around. There were people in the play area, but it was not overcrowded. The people in charge were very considerate, asked questions, and were concerned. They took them out shopping and a whole bunch of other activities. It was a great place. I would go there myself. The staff was very informative and took me all around, and the place was very clean and inviting. It's almost like living in a nice hotel. It was sort of secluded, but it had grounds and was spacious. They had cafeterias, you could have your own bedroom and bring your own furniture, and they had game rooms.

We liked it a lot. The guy who showed us around was real nice. My father could have his own private little room and we could bring his little dog to visit. It was spic and span and it smelled good. Everybody was friendly. They answered all of our questions. I don't have anything negative to say about it. I've seen a lot of elderly people sitting around and playing games there.

It was very nice. The staff was very friendly. We had lunch there and the food was really good. The rooms were very nice. Everybody had his/her own furniture, so each one was decorated differently. It was very nice. The seating area was very nice out front. They have patios outside. The staff was really concerned. They introduced my mom around to different staff members.

My visit at here was great. It was a very nice, clean community. The staff members were very nice and answered all my questions. The dining area was nice and decorated nicely with the tablecloths and cheery flowers on the tables. Overall, it had a very nice atmosphere. The staff members were great.

I like them because it didn't feel institutionalized. I liked the rooms, the staff, and the environment. They provide different activities for different levels throughout the community. There are also three meals served every day. My mother will be in the memory care and it's kind of all-in. The only thing I have to do is make arrangements for when she needs to have her hair done, and I have to bring all her toiletries.

If I have a loved one here, I would be comfortable with it. It was good because no one was wandering around by themselves. They have an activity room, but I didn't see anyone in there alone. There was somebody there with the people who were trying to involve themselves in physical activities. I thought that was good and safe. The staff seemed to care and they spoke in friendly and nice tones. We also went to a movie theater. They seemed to have a variety of plans that people can involve themselves in. The place was clean. The people were pleasant and smiled at us, which was important.

We love it, and he is quite happy here. It was very clean, the service they give to their patients and the people that live there are amazing. The place was nice and clean. Everybody is professional and go out of their way to help. My father in law is in memory care, and they have art day, singing, games during the day, and all kinds of activities to keep them active.

It was very pleasant. The location is good, and it would have been very convenient for me because I worked right down the street. It wasn't a very large community which what I was looking for. The grounds were good, and the staff I talked to was very helpful and gave me information. Somebody I know already had someone there, and they were pleased with the facility.

We liked the security and cleanliness here. The staff seemed very friendly. There was a variety of food; I like that the menus were up and posted in places. It showed you daily what was offered and what they have as alternative and if they had any allergies. It’s the only one I like.

It was very nice. My mother liked the feel of it. It felt like home and was one level. They had transportation that would take them shopping. They had activities. We did not eat in there, but the menu looked very nice, and the food was cooked on the premises. They had movies nights, too.

I really liked the private rooms here. It looked really good, like a home away from home, almost like a little retreat or a nice hotel room.

I really liked them because of the flat area where you could move, and there was just one floor. The rooms were nice. In the resident's room, they could sit by the window, and they could see all the greens and everything out there. The staff was very friendly. The dining area was very inviting. They had like a long hallway, and they posted photos of the residents of what they did. That was really nice. When I was there, they were getting ready to go outdoors. There was a bus, and the people were lined up getting ready to board the bus. The place was really inviting. I liked the way they showed us stuff, like the resident could have the accomplishment posted to show their pride when they were more independent.

It was fine. The rooms were okay, and they were a nice size. The people were friendly. I can't remember the activities, but I remember they showed me the room where they did the activities. I have placed my father in a personal care home, and I am not sure that I actually want to place him anywhere. But I would recommend this facility to others; It was nice. The staff member who gave us the tour was really friendly and very accommodating.

I have my mother here. She's only been there about half a month. I like the atmosphere and the people. They seem to be caring and attentive. It's immaculate. Her room is large enough for her. She has her own private bathroom, and she can lock her door. The dining area is like going out to dinner. She was very pleased with the people and how they treated her. There is a board of activities that stays full for the week, but presently my mother is in the hospital. She hasn't been able to partake in them. She's recovering, so I'm looking forward to going back there.

I don’t really have bad things to say about them. It was a really cheery facility, and I really did like it. It had a nice atmosphere, and the staff was really friendly. It's a really, really nice place. I took a tour of the cafeteria, and it was really nice. The rooms were really, really nice. They have a lot of activities, like field trips and games.
