I experience the most horrible visit with this facility the first shift staff are very unprofessional their is one by the name of shaylesha is what I think her name is she’s very rude and doesn’t do her job as expected also the other young lady which I think is her friend I wall past seening my uncle and I hear them gossiping about the residents stated that he/she gets on their nerves and needs to stay in their room that is very unprofessional I’m hoping that this facility improves their staff and get staffs with great attitude willing to comfort and make the residents happy

Program puts seniors to bed at 6:30 and after 8pm there is only 1 person working with the seniors. Food lots of soup and sandwiches very understaffed. Not enough men to help with men. MY grandfather wedding ring was stolen and he declined and died after not being informed of new medications and hours to visit short.

My step-dad is at Hapeville Manor. I like the fact that it was small and it is kind of like a family setting, but it's expensive. Everybody knows everybody. They know everybody's issues and treat you kind of like family. It's also close to my place. The staff seemed well informed and very caring with their clients. It's very clean, and I have no problems with that. The rooms are cleaned every day. They have activities, and they go out once a week or two days a week.

Hapeville Manor is very clean. I know my mother said the food wasn't all that great and that was one of the things she didn't like about the facility. But the people are very, very nice I didn't have any problems with them. They are great. it. As a matter of fact, they were above and beyond for my mom.

I called and set up a time to receive an informational tour. I first arrived and was greeted by one of the head nurses. After answering some questions regarding medical care and assistance, she set me up with one of the other staff members for a grand tour of the facility. She was a younger woman who gave me a tour and kindly answered all my questions. The place was actually pretty big, bigger than I expected. The rooms looked clean and well organized. She showed me the back garden area as well where some of the residents were with their visitors. After that, we went back inside and sat down for a talk in her office. My overall impression was pretty good.
