My dad stayed here for one week. They were wonderful with my dad. They took very good care of him, even as sick as he was. I can't thank them enough for doing everything they did for my dad to make him so comfortable and feel loved. Even though he wasn't even aware of his surroundings at all, they still treated him like family. One thing that I loved the most about their facility was how it was laid out in a circle. It was perfect for patients who have Alzheimer's or dementia. No matter where they walked, they still ended up in the same spot. There were lots of chairs where they could sit. They had all kinds of activities for them. All the patients seemed to interact with each other like family. My dad had to share a room with another patient. It was a little outdated, but the room itself was nice. They had a pool table, arts and crafts, a beautician, and a sensory room that helped calm them down. They had a putting area in the middle part of the outside that was surrounded by the building. They helped other patients or interact with other patients. They kept them busy.

My husband will be moving here, and it's the one we chose because of the atmosphere, the surroundings, the activities, and the staff. It was just everything. They were awesome. They were friendly, courteous, and inviting. The rooms were awesome, too. They were beautiful and spacious. It was much more open. They have a pool, puzzles, and all kinds of ball and sporting games. They have everything that the residents might enjoy (everybody has different tastes). They have a walking trail outside and a quiet room if you just want to go and sit right by. One thing I liked about going there was that they said it is your home. If you want to get up at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning and come out of the rooms and walk around, you could do that.

I toured here, and I liked it very much. It was very clean, and I liked the personnel that we met. We didn't go into details, but they play a lot of games and things to simulate the brain. They also do crafts and things like that. They have a beautiful courtyard, where the residents plant the flowers and take care of them. The courtyard is really pretty.

I visited them before Covid. I was in there two different times, and we saw a lot of different things. I didn't see an actual apartment, but we were inside the building and toured it a little bit. We also spoke with the administrative staff. At the time, it was not what we were looking for because it was more like a nursing home and we didn't think we needed that. It was very nice and clean. The people were great, but it wasn't a good fit for us. I don't remember about their activities. It has been almost a year since I was there. It was very nice, it was clean, and it had no smell.

Overall, it was very nice and only two years old, so it still looked new. The staff was very well trained. The rooms were fairly spacious. The furniture was in very good condition, and there wasn't a smell when you walk into the place. It's like walking into a high-end hotel. What struck me was that the staff seemed very attentive to the residents. We came during a special celebration, so there was someone in the cafeteria singing in costumes. Their regular activities were ones that involve their physical, cognitive, and emotional health. We're looking to be able to manage Alzheimer's without medicating or locking them down to a limited area.

It was a nice place. They just did not have private rooms right now, which is what we needed. The staff people were friendly. They took the time to show us around, even though we did not have an appointment. It’s very convenient. They should have more private rooms.
