We have found Benton House of Covington for my mom. It's local and it's better for a family member. It's closer for them. My mom is in memory care. The staff has been very helpful. Everything has been good. I have no problem with them.The food is good. They have activities. They have movie nights. They have all different kinds of themes they do all year long like the Fourth of July. The facilities are great compared to others I've seen. They have everything that you could want like cable and television. My mom has been here since May.

We toured Benton House of Covington. I met the staff. They're nice. They took me around and showed me around and everything. Everything was nice, neat, and clean. The only problem was that I couldn't get in because I had a wound on my backside, a wound on my heel, and a wound on my calf. They don't take anybody who has wounds. They don't take them. It was spacious. It was convenient for me to get around. They had a beautiful garden. They had different things going on like bingo and things like that. So, they have activities.

I went to Benton House of Covington. It was very clean. The people seemed to be very friendly. I did like the layout of the property. For those that need only a little help to those that need more help, the assisted living was perfect. The washing machines were located in a reasonable area from the apartment. They had plenty of activities. The staff seemed to be very friendly on that visit. The only thing is I felt that they didn't have as many one-bedrooms as I would have liked to make some comparisons to, and also to leave that option open, because that's what we're looking for, a one-bedroom assisted living area.

We had an in-person tour of Benton House of Covington. The residents and the staff just really seemed like family. Everybody knew everybody. It's a very small place, which we liked. The staff was young and energetic. She obviously loved the residents that were there and treated them like family. They only had three one-bedroom units, and the rooms were kind of small. The place was very clean, well kept up, and looked nice. They had a courtyard.

Benton House of Covington was immaculate, clean, and smelled good. However, it's overly expensive. They don't have independent living. The staff was nice, and they have activities.

My dad is at Benton House at Covington. It's very good, they have nice people, and its working out very well. Its not too far for him to go to the dining room to eat, he has a patio that looks onto the courtyard, and its very laid out very nicely. The staff is very nice. We've had no problems at all. He has an efficiency bedrom which is one big room with a bathroom and a little kitchen. Its very well laid out and very nice. My father likes the food. He said they give you plenty of food and it tastes good.

Benton House of Covington is beautiful. My father seriously considered it, but it was too far away from his doctors. The facility was really nice. Everything was perfect, clean, and all the lights were lit. The lady who gave us the tour knew all the names of all the residents. She was very personable and answered all of our questions. The residents were moving around and seemed very comfortable. They had a place outside where they could sit and get fresh air. They had a lot of freedom and seemed very happy. They had a private room where family could come and eat with your family member. It's a newer facility and was immaculate. They had a chair rail down the hall; I ran my finger down, and it wasn't dusty. I was looking for little things as an indicator of the kind of care they give to the building since it's probably the same kind of care they give to the residents.

Some friends that we’ve known for years were at Benton House, and it’s an excellent facility. My mother has somebody with her 24/7, and it has been really good for her. It’s a very nice facility, everyone is extremely good, and they’re very helpful.

Benton House is great. I really like it. They have an ice cream bar, activities, and at least three outings or special activities a month. It was just very nice. That would be where I would go for myself.

Benton House would have been my second choice. I was very impressed with the staff. They even had a little kitchen if you want to make your own recipes. The staff will even help you cook. They were just wonderful. Everything was excellent.

Very nice facility. Residents have private rooms, just like been at home with their privacy and personal items. Living quarters are wonderful. Staff and director was vvery friendly and work diligently to ensure all residents was cared for. During medication time nurses ensured each client was identified and medications administration was explained. ZA very new facility and it was well planned with the residents needs taken in to consideration. Residents are safely secure inside and alarms sound when residents walk out. Great job. I know my granny would love here.
