My sister-in-law resides at Tranquilty.. They treat the residents as if they were their own relatives. It is such a blessing to know she is being loved and taken care of in such a wonderful place.

The rooms are fair in size but for the price they’re good. The food is very good and has a good variety. Only problem I have with the staff is the turn over is so frequent that tenants are not able to build meaningful relationships with staff. Majority of staff is very young so they lack the experience to “best” meet the needs of tenants.

I toured Tranquility of Cartersville, and it was very good. They had a single room and double rooms. At the time we went they were having lunch, it was a nice dining area. They had a patio area, and they had a gazebo. The staff was very friendly and very informative. The building was very well maintained.

My dad will be going to Tranquility of Cartersville. It is a smaller home with only about 26 residents. It's very close to where he lives and also close to the nursing home where my mother is a resident. I have visited the place in the past because there were three different people that I knew who were residents there. The rooms were fairly large and big enough for one person. The staff that I met was extremely nice. Right now they can't go out because of the COVID-19, but under normal circumstances they have an activities director, they have bingo, movie nights, they go out to eat, and they take the residents to events locally. I saw the activities calendar and it's pretty full. I also took a look at the menu. The staff member who gave me the tour was very good. I have met four of the staff members and all of them have been extremely good. The place itself was very clean, easy for the residents to move around, and the amenities were very nice. Most of the residents are mobile on their own, though some are in wheelchairs.

My father-in-law is in Tranquillity. It was beautiful and all redone; it was very nice. The rooms were very nice and very big. He had no complaints about the food. They have activities and a full time activity coordinated. The staff was a lovely lady; she was very nice and caring. We just had a birthday party for my father in law, and we served ice cream and cake.
