I placed my father in Tapestry House. They're excellent, it's a new building, and better that any place we saw. They have a beauty salon, all types of games, computers, and a movie theater. My dad said the food is OK, although they have an issue with getting the food to the table. The staff is wonderful, Molly is one of the reasons I went with it, because she's on her game. She notices things that other people wouldn't, and she's been wonderful with me.

We went to Tapestry House Assisted Living. It kind of made us feel sad when we went through the tour. The facility was okay. It was very nice outside. It was a little dated on the inside, which isn't necessarily a problem, but I noticed that. It was clean, but some of the lighting was weird. One of the things my mom instantly remarked on was, 'Why is it so dark in the showroom?' And they're like, 'We make sure that we keep it pretty dark not to scare people,' which is odd. The other place had a better vibe, but this one was kind of sad and quiet. At that time, one of the residents asked for assistance from the staff while she was there, and she turned her down because she was on a tour instead of getting help for her, which we didn't like. They had a dining room, an outdoor section, and a private dining room. They took us into an activities room that they had as well.

I was very impressed with Tapestry House Assisted Living. The people who work there were pleasant and had good attitudes. They have a schedule of activities, but I didn't observe them doing anything. I saw a game room, the cafeteria, and the lobby. In terms of the rooms, they have everything up to two bedrooms, and I what I liked about it is the bathroom. The showers did not have a curb, so a wheelchair can be pushed directly in. It's outstanding.

Tapestry House was brand new and very attractive. The people I talked to were very nice and very interested in their clients. It was a great facility and the facilities were more than adequate. They had churches visiting them, and they took people to the churches.

My mom is living at Tapestry House and our experience has not been great. They need to improve staffing because they're always short-staffed and the quality isn't good. The rooms are nice. It's new so the aesthetics are fine. Its the quality of care, the management, and caregivers that need improvement. They play bingo and sometimes they have art classes. They bowl and they take residents out to lunch. They also bring in outside entertainment and music. They supply transportation one morning a week. The food is OK.

I went to Tapestry House. The staff was very helpful. The area is clean. The rooms were of average size, and it was not large enough. It was also far away from me.

The presentation of the building at Tapestry House was a little conservative and traditional. It was very clean. Everything was creditable and lovely. They had a beautiful bird sanctuary. They had an activity calendar which included events, activities, exercise groups, etc. I was not able to taste their food. It was a little hectic to get there because the location was off the main road.
