We went to Tranquil Gardens on Saturday, but we had to stay out on the patio. My mother-in-law has been there since October, and we have not been able to go in. When she first went there, they gave us a light tour, and we got to go into an empty room. The staff who takes care of her day-to-day needs is really good. I've never been really impressed with the upper staff. After they got us there, we no longer get feedback and we don't get callbacks. If there's a problem they call us, but if we call for something, they don't call us back. The management is a "three," but the personal caregivers seem to be very sweet to my mother-in-law. It seems very good. The personal caregivers are a "five." It's beautiful, new, and updated. It has large rooms and high ceilings, which seemed in my mind to help with the pandemic. They've had very little COVID. She watches movies, but she has memory issues, so it's hard to get a clear answer on the activities. It's hard to tell during a pandemic because you don't really get to see much in the building, but it always seems to be really clean. We've been very happy, but we haven't been able to go in.
